The clerk didn’t say hi or acknowledge us. It was okay. Won’t come back. We came here for my daughter to choose something for her bday but she didn’t find anything.

Unfortunately today I was made very uncomfortable by one of the female staff. She was following me around, continuously glancing at me. The store is literally the size of my room so there is no need to be followed. You can see a customer literally any area you stand. Anyways, she never said a single word. I had my son with me in his stroller, and he dropped his toy, I guess in doing so a shirt also fell by his foot while I was looking through them. Before I could even grab it she had already snatched it up! I apologized for even there being a possibility that my son touched it. Twice I said that and she never once replied to my apology. What was the cherry on top and my cue to leave was when she was COUNTING how many shirts there were immediately after I scooted us over! Why would she need to do that unless she assumed I stole something or attempted to. Not to mention, the store is said to open at 12. it opened at maybe 12:40 ish? I waited that whole time because I was simply excited to visit and purchase something. Just to be disappointed by the experience.

I went into the store just to check it out. Not only was everything overpriced, but the cost of two drinks (which i got just to be polite) ended up being almost 20 dollars. For a coke and what was basically just carbonated apple juice in a kirby wrapper. Not great.

The selection is great for your basic anime needs. Some hidden items that are well priced for its exclusivity. Looking for JoJo merchandise to see that they only had three items which I bought one. What rubbed me the wrong way is the fact that I said hello and nothing in return. I have anxiety and I felt very nervous while I was here. Another thing. I'm sorry that I opened the display case and I was very careful, but what I didn't appreciate that there was nothing telling me not to do so. If you had a clear enough sign to say not to do that I wouldn't in the first place. If I was someone else I'm sure I wouldn't be so careful. Even though I immediately apologized I didn't hear anything back. Way to make your customers feel guilty. That really made me feel uncomfortable. I regularly frequent comic cons and I never experienced such terrible customer service. I worked in food and I always had a good attitude. Learn from other businesses and do the same. Because your merchandise will not take your business far If you don't change your attitude. The only reason I'm leaving two stars is for the figure I bought Gamefellas is a more inviting experience. Even Goodwill welcome you.

Staff was polite. Merch mainly consisted of overpriced, low-quality, self-printed tees and Ali-express jewelry. Nothing in particular stood out. It’s well displayed and they have a decent idea on what characters to sell but is simply overpriced.

A cute shop hidden away at an indoor mall. Had a great selection of popular anime & K-pop merch. Staff was very helpful & packaged our purchases beautifully. Definitely coming back 🙂
