kpop karaoke

I’m one of the usual customers here and I really have to share my recent experience with this place. I stopped by here after the snowstorm and it was really slow(we were only people there). The room and mic was good as ever but I had a negative experience with the staff. From the beginning the staff was missing and took us a while to get to the room. We were there for an hour half and when i tried to pay they charged us for 20% service fee (we never requested anything) for only two people ina very slow day. When i asked about it he brushed it off and said it was always like this and i tell you it is not. I always tipped good but it was always optional. I don’t know why he treated us like that but as someone who was there during the slowest time of the week it was saddening.

We went to this karaoke place with friends. We did not vomit, but the staff accused us of vomiting without any proof. The staff was also rude and unprofessional. This made our experience very uncomfortable. I was disappointed and would not recommend this place. And racist

First time here sushan and beku is great place is cool . Food is great drinks are top noch !🙌🏽

Very good karaoke system woth clean rooms.

My friend had her 50th birthday party here. It was a lot of fun! They let us bring in a cake and champagne. Thankfully a lot of people knew Korean, otherwise I'm not sure how we would have navigated the song selections LOL. They had most of the popular English karaoke songs, although we had a hard time finding Love Shack which seems pretty standard at other places. The guy at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had.

Had fun, but they add an 18% gratuity for them to sit at the front desk lol You have to go get the drinks yourself. I wouldn't have tipped at all.

1st timer doing Karaoke🙌🏼🥳 had a blast! Entire facility was clean with a really good variety of music options. Would highly recommend.
