I’ve been to this Hot Topic many times, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Today we went in looking for the Katseye merch. It wasn’t on the floor, but Hazel gladly went to the back to look for it. She showed us the three shirts they had, then went back again to search for the sweatshirt. She found the last one in a small. Great service as always!

William is the Best! He helped us get our things when we needed them.

I've never felt so welcomed. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by Michael. We got helped to find the things we were looking for.

i stop by this hot topic like once a month, and the cashiers are always super kind!! some of them remember and recognize me and it always makes me happy. i love this hot topic alot, been coming here for years now, and i always feel helped when looking for stuff. will continue to come here for my monthly pin and accessory!

I have been to this Hot Topic multiple times the employees are always really nice, with Samuel being really helpful in the past. Hot Topic always sells really quality clothes and is just an amazing place. This specific store always is fun to go to with amazing employees who are always helpful and fun to talk to.
