Just go to the Cottonwood Mall location. The staff is amazing at the Cottonwood Mall location; the store manager over there is fantastic. The Cottonwood Mall location runs better sales. The Cottonwood Mall Boxlunch is bigger, cleaner, and better staffed/stocked. The inventory is rotated more often at the Cottonwood Mall location. I would urge you to compare the two locations and form your own opinion especially if you find yourself more than just browsing at the Coronado Center location. You'll have a much better experience at the Cottonwood Mall location. PIN TRADERS beware this location has made up their own pin trading rules and does NOT follow the posted rules on their own pin trading board. Their board is taped behind their register so you can barely see it. They also cannot take the board down. It is almost impossible to see what is for trade. The Cottonwood Mall location follows the corporate pin trading rules and also has a board that is very easy to see; pin trade there.

first off all of the staff were so kind & the manager was amazing! we had lost an item in the mall & returned to see if anyone returned it, at that point they had not. a few hours later the manager calls and said a random person tried to return the item for money & that she told him that the family who purchased these specific items were looking for it and she took the items and did not allow him to return! we were able to come the next day and get the item! words can’t explain how happy i am with this store & the manager!

Guy at the counter kept asking me if I wanted something else. Had to say no at least three times and he keeps talking. Finally say "I don’t want anything else". He the pops off and say "you could just me finish". How many times does he have to finish and then offer me something else? The into him to have a nice a day and he just stared and refused to respond. He def should not be in customer service.

I have never been so disrespected as a customer. I was there yesterday late morning early afternoon and was ignored so that the manager, Mia, could belittle an employee. I expect way better from an establishment who largely advertises and appeal to children.

Best store at the mall! I enjoy shopping here for birthdays and holidays. The items in store vary frequently (good AND bad news), and they cover so many of the most popular pop culture elements. Decent prices, especially if they’re doing the cash-off rewards!

Such a fun store! They have unique, quirky items pertaining to various fandoms ranging from classic Disney to Rick and Morty to Harry Potter, Dragon Ball Z, Game of Thrones and everything in between, that make for great gifts. They also have a great selection of graphic tees as well as vinyl pops. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Love this shop. Everyone is so friendly and funny. The only down side is the prices...literally half the products you can find at hot topic for less. So be cautious. It's cheaper online too. The good thing is, they offer a lot of discount sales during certain seasons. Great place to shop all things nerdy and geeky. I love it here. Such a fun place to shop and explore.
