i went to him for acne as a teenager and he had me on an antibiotic for a year and a half with no end date in sight. this caused other problems that i’ve had to go to the doctor for. every doctor who i’ve told this too could not believe that i was prescribed an antibiotic for so long.

Dr. Alter treated my acne when I was in college, I had to follow with him very closely while on accutane and the whole office treated me very kindly and took great care of me. My care with him really changed my life

Great doctor. I have seen him for years and his staff is pleasant. Everything moves efficiently. Also, he is one of the few derms that will take care of minor issues at your appointment without requiring multiple visits. Did a great job on mole removals. Didn't hurt at all.
