Integrated Dermatology of Waterbury

Wanted to try this office but it's the second day I've called during business hours listed (non holidays) and the office is closed. Today I was calling at 3:50 and 4pm but the VM is already set stating the office is closed. Very difficult to make an appointment when you can only call to do so and no one is answering.

Was not pleased with the services at this facility. Went in to look for a solution for multiple scars/discoloration patches on my body. Informed the medical assistant on how I got these marks, she then relayed the message to the doctor on site. The female doctor then came into my room, looked at the marks and said there was no solution besides skin bleaching….. when I tried asking questions or finding out if there were other ways to help it was very quickly dismissed by her constantly saying there was no other way. A week later I went to a different dermatologist and they prescribed me a cream, few months later most of my scars were gone.

Ellie has a wonderful bedside manner. She’s compassionate, informative and truly listens to all my concerns. I always leave with a proper diagnosis along with a detailed plan to resolve all my issues. Not to mention she is very conscious of being on time for your appointment. She’s outstanding with children! Always makes my son feel at ease and gives him all her attention. All in all I would trust only Ellie with my family’s well being. If I could I would give ten stars!

Great dermatologist. Very professional and kind. I went there 2 times and left very convinced and satisfied. I had a very bad increase pimples and dry skin, she explained at this age of 30 our hormones change and cause that and gave me just the right prescription

Ellie and the staff are wonderful. The staff are friendly and the waiting area is clean. Love that fact that I didn't have to wait very long and my appointment was on time. Ellie is professional and listened to my concerns and took care of my needs. Don't hesitate. Great Team.

I don't usually do Google reviews but I had such a positive experience today during my appointment with Lauren, APRN that I wanted to do a testimonial. I was greeted by her medical assistant, Jess. She was courteous, knowledgeable and kind; she quickly make me feel at ease. Lauren was extremely professional and answered every question I had. I felt confident that my problem was resolved. She went above and beyond and I was very satisfied by the care I received. I would recommend this office to anyone who has any dermatology issues.

Reception was very busy, but still very kind! I was in and out very quickly. The provider listened to me and gave me recommendations. The lobby and room were very clean.
