I needed to get a refill of a prescription from Dr. Dank. I had to call three times over the course of a week before someone actually called in the prescription. UPDATE: I downgraded the rating to two stars because I had another bad experience. I went to see Dr. Dank on Feb 4 for a new problem; he prescribed a new medication and said it would be called into my pharmacy. It is now two weeks later and the prescription still hasn't been called in. I tried going into the Patient Portal to find out the name of the medication that had been prescribed, but the most recent entry there was from May of last year! What the heck is going on with this office?

Dr. Dank is an incredibly competent dermatologist. He diagnoses skin issues adeptly and knows immediately if and how they need to be treated. While he is very pleasant he can talk very quickly and uses medically correct terminology that can be hard to follow at that speed, particularly if you don't have a background in medicine. He can be very accommodating so just ask him to slow down and write out what he shares particularly if he is doing a body scan which can include many unfamiliar terms. I highly recommend Dr. Dank.

I was seen pretty quickly & I appreciated that. Check in was smooth & easy to understand & the facility was pleasant and the staff people were helpful & personable. My only issue was with Dr. Dank. He seemed rushed. He was really efficient in reaching a diagnosis & suggesting a treatment but I left feeling confused. I realized that I had questions I was too overwhelmed to actually ask (specifically what are these itchy growths popping up all over me--some of which he treated with liquid nitrogen--What are they? Why am I getting them?). My experience was positive overall.

Prompt, polite and efficient check in. Comfortable waiting room. Prompt physician appearance, once I was situated in the exam room. Warm greeting by Dr. Dank’s assistant, followed shortly after by Dr. Dank - who efficiently examined me, and promptly and ably treated several areas on my scalp. I was thoroughly impressed from end to end. 👍👍

Dr Dank was especially gentle with Mom when presented with her issue. We appreciate his very knowledgeable care and concern for my elderly mom's challenges.

Dr Dank was amazing. He was professional, kind, and courteous. He was able to explain symptoms and conditions in easy to understand statements and give examples for my situation. He was also well versed in all forms of skin pigments, which being a heavily melanated was quite a relief.

The best dermatologist provider I have ever worked with, this is after some failed attempts to get help for (several) issues with other dermatologists. Dr. Dank is helpful, takes time to address your concerns. He is kind and empathetic and takes a very practical but direct approach to patient care---he's not going to waste your time.
