The heavy set younger girl with black glasses and a bun in her hair working the front office today has a really bad attitude. She made my Aunt almost cry today. I'm certain Dr. Mann would not appreciate that type of behavior welcoming her patients.

I have been using this office for over two years now, simply because it was such an ordeal to go through in the beginning. I feel like I am trapped, but now I can't get anyone to take care of a simple issue! My daughter has severe eczema. It covers her whole body, including her face. It is painful and embarrassing. She is only 13 years old going through this. She has been out on a special medicine that I have to go through a third party pharmacy to get. All the sudden one day, the medicine didn't show up. When I called the third party pharmacy, they said it was because the doctors office stopped it. When I called the office, they said it was because I needed to come in for a bi annual check up. Instead of calling me, they just dropped the prescription. Now, I have taken my daughter in as requested, but they still haven't renewed the prescription. After multiple phone calls, I still have zero answers. They tell me they are going to call me back, and no one ever does. My daughter is relapsing and this office doesn't seem to care. Although when you call them it says on the recording as you wait for someone that they care about their patients and want to help them! I am finding that not to be the case as they let my daughter go through this! I do not recommend this office! They have made my life very difficult and now they aren't helping me, help my daughter! They should be ashamed of the negligent care! They are putting my daughter in a very bad position and to no end! I tried not to write a review, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but here it is, January 9 (over a month since my daughter went to their offices) abs I still don't have her special medicine. I've made several phone calls and I am told someone will call me back but nothing. I keep calling the third party pharmacy and they are saying they need to hear from the doctors office. It's a simple phone call that makes a huge difference in my child's life and they don't even care enough to take care of it! This review is really a plea for help because I can't get anyone to listen any other way. It's quite sad

The call center girl Aramish was amazing! My husband needed to get into see Dr.Mann today due to what I thought was a pressing issue and she made it happen. Good thing! Dr.Mann and entire office staff was amazing from start to finish. Thank you all so much!

1st appt today, front office staff very nice. It was busy so it was about 30 mins before i was taken back. The assist asked me questions and took a picture. The doctor came in, never looked at me or touched me and just wrote a prescription. I felt like it was a big waste of time and money, 1 and done

Dr. Mann and her staff are absolutely wonderful and I had an exceptional experience—everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I am not the best with needles and they were so patient with me while removing a scalp cyst. Loved the staff and my experience.

Shelby and Hina Siddiqui are very courteous and kind people. I would recommend this dermatologist to anyone. They are very friendly and helpful. They removed a mole I had on my side of my stomach and It did not even hurt.
