1st time there It was a nice store. Alot of Beautiful wigs! I just wish the workers were more friendly.... Smiled, lauged, make eye conact...

Today I went in the store to support this business and I witnessed the store owner treating an another customer very poorly before kicking them and their children out for no reason. I personally think it was because they were black) You should have seen the looks on the children faces when they realize they were being discriminated against. It's safe to say I left without giving them my money and business. I wouldn't waste my money or time on this over priced establishment. If this is the type of customer service they give on a regular I wouldn't recommend giving them any time Of day.

I think this is a wonderful store. I've been coming to this store since it opened years ago. I love the old management and I love the new management. He's very sweet. The new owner and he's helpful and funny and kind. I recommend anyone to come to this store. They're always super helpful and if you have order suggestions, you could just tell the owner. And he'll get order whatever's needed. He's a really good guide of the the ladies. Behind the counter, they're super sweet, also, so I just wanted to give Ic beauty a shout out, praise the Lord

After many years, new owners. Items are locked up so is the entry door. I had to knock many times to be let in. was made to feel like a thief. Head employee stated people steal. She took the eyelashes I wanted and put them by the cashier. I felt very uncomfortable. I will not shop there anymore. Go to WOW Beauty. A bit more expensive but you are treated nicely. They also took away the 10% discount for regulR customers.

Horrible customer service and workers always have an attitude. Always watching you like your going to steal. The black girl that just stands around is always looking at your every move and she got an attitude towards everyone that comes in the door. Doesn’t speak and not very helpful. Will not be returning to there. 0/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend going there. By far the worst beauty supply I have ever been to.

Do not go there and buy any wigs!! If you asked them if you can buy the wigs on the display head since the wigs in the box does not look like the actual wig on display, they catch an attitude when you questioned them about their wigs or even to ask to speak with the store manager, they give you the run around. Especially the heavyset Hispanic lady with the black hair that works behind the counter, horrible bad attitude with poor customer service skills. I have been a loyal customer here ever since they have opened, spent a lot of money there and when you walk in there to make a purchase they either treat people of color like they out to rob the place or you not going to make a purchase. As a customer to buy a product you have the right to see the products you are buying to make sure it’s the actual products they have on display to sell. False advertisement of their wigs on display to the wigs in the box with extremely horrible customer services to their paying customers!
