I got married on Halloween so I went to ulta for curls & a gloss for a healthy hair look & less stress. I asked for volume curled hair. I kid you not I came home & my husband didn’t believe I was at the salon as long as I was because no curls held & my hair was sooo crunchy. Mind you I went straight home after the salon. He told me to never go back again because he can curl my hair better. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Ulta. First disappointment with this stylist though. & what made it worse is the people that are stylist were complimenting my hair as if they couldn’t tell. I was in a time crunch all I could do is go get married as is. 148 dollars for crunchy no real curls. Save your money & time.

Denise is absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful hairstylist who’s so kind and professional. I was having a not so great day which is why I catered for a self care day and I left the salon with a little girl presence. Super happy with my layers!! ☺️ Thank you so much Denise for bringing me so much joy!

I had such an amazing experience at Ulta (palmdale location) thanks to Trina and Mariah. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I truly appreciate their help and can’t thank them enough, they’re a great example of what amazing customer service looks like.

I went to get a haircut today with "Jeannette D". I have very very curly hair.. and she’s cut my hair once.. she didn’t wash it or style it and I paid for those services the first time. The cut was decent and I thought eh it’s better that she cuts my curly hair as she has "experience".. I got my haircut in the AM and it’s 11pm and I have not stopped crying. I asked for rounding of the hair.. keep the length and make it more voluminous. What did she do??? She blunt cut my hair around the crown… it looks like I have a MULLET!!!! The hair is literally SHORTER than my bangs.. I REGRET GOING SO MUCH!!!! It’s NOT OK!!! She’s supposed to have "experience" but she DOESNT!!! She was rushing through the process… didn’t even style the hair by my neck because she said nobody will see that.. that the hair that matters is the one on the top.. I walked out of there HEARTBROKEN… hair wet and unstyled. I looked like I had a MULLET. TERRIBLE PERSON, experience AND terrible service!!!!! If you have curly/coily hair save your self the heartbreak from going to her!!!!!! You’ve been warned !!! terrible… if I could give this a -10/10, I WOULD!!!!

When I came into Ulta Beauty I had no idea about makeup. The lovely Precious helped me out and showed me what primer, concealer, foundation, bronzer, eye liner and finishing spray works best for my needs. I felt so confident making my purchases because of her guidance and expertice. Thank you Precious and thank you Ulta Beauty.

Horrible experience on Sept 27th. I came in with my 2 kids using a cart from a different store. My son (3) has ADHD and has little impulse control. I can tell him to not touch something and still do it. Anyways, I came in with my cart and immediately a cashier came up to me and said "no we don’t allow carts in here". Her tone and use of language wasn’t not customer friendly. I took my kids out and started to walk around. I heard her humble something to another coworker and saw she shoved my cart off out of the store and pushed it far to the side of the store. Rude and disrespectful. If this was such an issue, she could’ve politely said "I apologize but carts aren’t allow in the store". Or even try to assist me with finding what I needed so I didn’t have to take my kids out the cart. I was only looking for 1 lip stain color. But her attitude made me feel uncomfortable I just ended up leaving with my kids. I’ll be driving to a different location if Ulta is going to hire incompetent customer service staff. People shouldn’t judge.

I had the best time today at Ulta with Lala. She helped me find my perfect match in foundation and her energy was so bubbly and cutesy !!!!! I left feeling so warm and taken care of. Will be coming back.
