Hrisula Cristea, DDS - Cupertino Smile

My first visit and I could not be happier. I have never been to a dentist that is so thorough and hands on. With all other dentists I have had, the hygienist does all the work. The dentist comes in at the end of the visit to do a final check. Not with Dr. Cristea. She was involved in every step. She was terrific. So is her assistant Monica. She was super helpful and made the entire visit run smoothly.

My favorite Dentist Team!...again! Never thought I will go to my dentist and feel like I go to the SPA! If only I would be treated like that wherever I go. Relaxed and pampered - super cool ! See me in the picture? Super relaxed ! Thank you guys!

Dr. Cristea is the best. A friend recommended her to me 10-ish years ago when I had a tooth emergency and hadn’t been to a dentist in many years. I have been going to her ever since. She is kind and accommodating of my needs, and I have never felt pain during any procedure. Recently, I’ve needed extra accommodations because I get migraines from bright lights, and she and her assistant Monica found multiple, innovative ways to make sure I was comfortable. They’re truly so kind. Also, Monica is not only a helpful assistant, but also a benefits wizard. Even though they don’t take insurance any more like a lot of dentists, Monica knows how to make the system work best for their customers. Even though I initially thought I was going to find another dentist that takes insurance, I can’t bring myself to go anywhere else.

I've enjoyed decades-long continuity of dental care from Dr. Cristea. She continues that legacy with skill, compassion, and integrity. She's personable and flexible yet professional and firm, and blends modern techniques with organic care. I trust her completely and often recommend her to friends and family.

Since my last review I’ve had a number of appointments. I cracked a tooth and appreciated Dr Cristea’s getting me in quickly, her referrals, and her follow through. Today she modified the mouthguard that no longer fit after the implant, and charged me nothing for the appointment. She and her assistant Monica are always friendly, careful, and responsive, and they do excellent work

Dr. Cristea has been a wonderful dentist these past ~10 years. Even though I've moved out of the Santa Clara area, I still make time to come back for my regular check-ups instead of finding a new dentist closer to home, thanks in large part to her quality of service. I highly recommend her!
