Dr.Cole is consistently excellent! I have been treating with him for about seven years now. He does my botox and I am always satisfied. I find him to be very precise, conscientious and always pleasant. Its clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes his time which definitely sets him apart from some others out there. Full strength botox too, no diluted crap. The front staff in Torrance is great. Newport office not so much unfortunately.

Really nice staff! Clean office and also kid friendly. I brought my daughter here they gave here prizes and made her feel comfortable. If you are a new customer they give you a welcome item. I highly recommend this place, Amazing!

The reviews of this place are terrifying! Read ahead of time so you don’t make the same mistake as me and have to pay the late fee. I would never feel safe going here. I cancelled because I read the reviews and didn’t feel safe going here then they charged me a $50 fee. After a month they charged me another $50 fee and said they would waive it if I came in. I don’t want to come in just so you can scam me out of more money!

I have reached out three times asking for a bill to be reimbursed by my HSA and have received no response. Up until my appointment, they were very responsive. All I have asked for is a bill and they unable to perform this basic task.

Billed me $300 for a no show appointment from 3 months ago and didn’t even let me know. Just let the late fees rack up even though I’m 100% sure I told them I cancelled. There’s a reason they have bad reviews wouldn’t recommend.
