I rarely write reviews because I think spa and skincare experiences can be very personal but Grace at Honolulu Spa & Wellness truly deserves to be recognized. From the moment she greeted me, her energy was calming, grounded, and genuinely warm. She was running few minutes behind, but instead of rushing, she actually gave me extra time and made the entire experience feel deeply individualized. Nothing felt routine or generic. She looked at my skin, and tailored every step with intention. Her touch, technique, and attention to detail are unmatched! The quality of the products, the way she layers them, the flow of the facial - it felt elevated and luxurious without ever being pretentious. When I walked out, my skin didn’t just look amazing — I felt amazing! Grace has that rare combination of skill, intuition, and sincere care for her clients. Carla was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, gentle, and grounding. My massage felt truly healing. Cristylin did my facial and was fantastic, professional, attentive, and left my skin glowing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place!

Margo was such a wonderful esthetician. she was a pleasure to converse with during both a wax and facial which is high praise. she was skilled and made me feel very relaxed during my session. I would absolutely recommend her and this salon for waxing and facials!

Incredibly welcoming place with the best and friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. My massage from Carla was transformative and the facial from Grace was beyond stellar. Amazing facial! Crisalyn was knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The treatment was relaxing, my skin felt instantly refreshed and glowing, and per aesthetician’s recommendation, I even picked up a serum on the way out.
