High Point Dentistry

So I chose this dentist office because it’s just a 3 block walk from my home, but I keep coming back because it’s awesome in every way. The cleaning is thorough and comfortable. The exam is also thorough and they make sure I understand the results. They listen and they’re helpful. But the best part is how friendly everyone is here. I don’t you can make a better dentist office.

Recently went in as a new patient and I was very happy with my experience. All staff were very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable there and really liked that things were explained to me during my cleaning as well as after for the financial aspect. I highly recommend this practice as they are honest, professional and compassionate. Thank you all.

High Point Dentistry is amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my teeth. The office is clean, modern, and the whole vibe is calm and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but they never made me feel judged, just supported. They helped me figure out what I needed, and the care I received was top-notch. I’m really grateful for how smooth and stress-free they made the whole experience. Highly recommend High Point Dentistry to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their patients!

This dentistry practice is taking advantage of people. I arrived at my appointment only to realize I no longer had dental insurance (my own error). I explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. She refused to waive the same day cancellation fee of $50. I had no intention of not showing up for my appointment. Instead, I arrived and chose not to go through with the appointment because I did not want to use their in-house insurance or pay out-of-pocket. I understand the policy for no-shows, but blatantly disregarding my situation is truly intensive. I do not recommend this practice if you’re looking for an administrative policy that works with people their changing situations. I will not be returning.

I want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Kaiser. She is the first truly patient-friendly dentist I’ve had, and she made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for from the start. I’d also like to say that everyone in the office is incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. There’s never a sense that you’re being "sold" services you may or may not need—everything is transparent and clearly explained. Overall, this is by far the friendliest and most trustworthy dental office I’ve worked with, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
