Great dentist experience. Been going here for a couple years and every time has been great. Dr. Kwon is very friendly and professional, always trying to make sure I'm getting great care. I've had a couple different dental hygienists help me but they've all been fantastic. The culture has a very positive work culture which is evident to the patient. The front desk people are very helpful with both scheduling and payment. They always try to help you find the most cost-effective option for you, even if it means getting something from a different place. I recommend anyone who is looking a dentist to give Healing Tooth a visit.

10/10! 🦷💕 I recently moved to Austin and was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I found this office. Truly a gem. I saw Dr. Kwon and he was very friendly and thorough. He took his time and explained everything in detail and made sure I felt fully informed. I never felt rushed, and he made sure to answer all of my questions. My hygienist, Emelyn, did a fantastic job!! Always made sure I felt comfortable and was very gentle during the cleaning. They also did a 3D scan of my teeth which was very cool (wish they sold 3d prints!) Shoutout to Clarissa and Mayra at the front desk - they were both amazing and made getting checked in and out very easy. Finding a new dentist is always intimidating because you never know what kind of service you're going to get - so thank y'all for being amazing, it really goes a long way and makes a difference. ☺️

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease by how kind and attentive the staff were. Everything was well organized and I never felt rushed or stressed. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Kwon took the time to truly listen, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a nerve-wracking visit feel calm and reassuring. I left feeling cared for and confident in my treatment—such a positive experience overall.

My first visit at healing tooth with Dr. Kwon was amazing. It definitely met my expectations and more. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant who worked on my teeth was gentle, caring and had a steady hand when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kwon was professional and welcoming as well. He was thorough in explaining my treatment plan and allowed me to ask questions. I am so happy that I transferred my dental care to Healing Tooth.

About three weeks ago, my tooth started to feel loose and painful. I had been taking painkillers to manage it, and after searching online and seeing great reviews, I decided to visit Healing Tooth. As soon as I arrived, the staff members were very kind and welcoming, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Kwon created a comfortable atmosphere during the consultation and explained that the issue came from an old crown placed on a baby tooth. He recommended an extraction and provided a clear estimate for bone grafting so I could proceed with an implant treatment once I return to Korea. Since I don’t have dental insurance in the U.S., I was initially worried about the cost. However, they offered a reasonable discount, and I was able to complete both the extraction and bone graft in just about 30 minutes on the same day. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely come back again if I encounter another dental issue.

I’m usually very nervous at the dentist but Dr Kwon and his whole team made me feel so comfortable. So friendly, they encourage questions (Green flag!) and will put you at ease no matter what you may be dealing with. 10/10!
