Rachael is an INCREDIBLE stylist. My curls have never looked better thanks to her. She is so thoughtful, and she considers your lifestyle so carefully when she’s deciding how to cut. I could not recommend her more. If you are looking for a detail oriented hairdresser with a fantastic personality, there is no one better in Vegas, I guarantee it!!

This is my second review for HMS and Rachael! After years of taking great care of my hair I left Rachael because we moved across town and I wanted to see if I could find someone closer to do my hair. BIG MISTAKE! I tried two different salons and both times my cut was horrible. The last one was so bad I had to let it grow out for six months before calling Rachael to take me back and fix it. She was able to make it cute again, even though it still needs some time and TLC. Thank you, Rachael! You are the best!

I highly recommend! I have gone to Rachael at High Maintenance Hair Salon for many years. She is always ready at your appointment time. She pays great attention to what you want and will ask questions to clarify that you and she are on the same page. Rachael gives consistently excellent haircuts. I travel over half an hour to see her because she is amazing. The best!

Over the past few years I have been a little bit lazy in my hair care. I wanted a refresh so I looked up salons and Rachael’s had very strong reviews mostly in regards to keeping things natural, which I of course loved, including hair coloring. I went in for a cut last Friday and was anticipating longer than an hour since we’d never met. Let me tell you, she is so knowledgeable and efficient at what she does, I was in and out in less than an hour. The other reviews were right! Since leaving her salon on Friday, I have received more compliments on my haircut than I ever have before! She educated me on products to use, not to use as well as how to style my hair the way I wanted it and she is so in touch with hair and what people are wanting right now that she styled it EXACTLY how I want to myself one day! Practice makes permanent is her slogan and I am going to put the work in! I highly recommend Rachael and her skill set, thanks so much for making me feel beautiful!!

This was a master class in curly hair styling and maintenance!!! I have had curly hair my whole life (duh) and I always got 'a curly cut' but it never seemed right and I had no idea how to maintain it. Recently I came across the CADO cut style for curly hair and I wanted it. I went to the cado cut academy website and found Rachael Webb, and what an amazing find it has been. I walked in, it's a one on one salon setting, which I am a huge fan of! I can have some anxiety in new places and Rachael was so nice to work with. She spent a lot of time explaining in detail her thought process, really listening to me and what I wanted and how I live my life. I love that she gave her honest opinion about things that won't work for me, my hair or my face. If all of that isn't already impressive. She ran me STEP BY STEP on the whole process of setting my curly hair after and shower and really made sure that I was able to understand it, plus made herself available through text about any questions I may have along the way to make sure that I was comfortable. LOVE THAT!! Now, the haircut part, she did SUCH AN AMAZING job. I understand now why the Cado cut is so popular among curly haired people. It just looks good and if you learn to set it, you got beautiful hair lasting you 3-4 days after a wash! She showed me the products she used, but did not push AT ALL to buy. She just made sure that I understood the types of products that need to be used on my hair and in what sequence. I wanted some natural brown highlights without bleach and unfortunately my dark hair did not accept the colour and Rachael being amazing did not charge me for the service. If you are looking for an amazing stylist in Henderson who knows hair, will teach you how to maintain it and keep it looking salon-ish gorgeous at home, Rachael is your person!!

I moved to Henderson, Nevada in November of 2019 and on the top of my "To Do List" was "find a good hair stylist." As I was getting tired of Googling for information on the best hair salons in Henderson, I came upon High Maintenance Hair Salon. What caught my attention was Rachael’s (the proprietor of this salon) statement about giving the client her undivided attention throughout the appointment, not letting any distractions come between her and the client, not even a ringing phone! Now, that’s what I call real commitment to "service excellence". I have been a happy and satisfied client of Rachael since the beginning of 2020. Indeed, Rachael delivers what she promises and then some. I recall one instance when she asked me to bring an empty bottle to the salon for my next appointment. To my surprise, she created a formula of a mixture of hair color and hair conditioner and gave me instructions on how to use it as hair conditioner after washing my hair. The purpose is to extend the life of the hair color effect between each hair coloring appointment. That was a good example of Rachael’s creative thinking on how to enhance the way she delivers her hair coloring service. Like she said, she listens and learns as much as she can on the initial client consultation. The clients’ expectations, hair color and hair style preferences, etc., are in her notebook. Now and then, I would get compliments on my hair color or hair cut from friends and total strangers! Aside from being a happy and contented client of High Maintenance Hair Salon, I have great respect for Rachael’s professionalism, dedication to her craft and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for her clients, especially during challenging times of the Covid pandemic. She is a sole proprietor who runs her business like a big company and delivers top-notch service. I am so glad to have her in my corner for all my hair maintenance needs!! Thank you, Rachael!

In Vegas for two days for a conference, Rachael was amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable on all hair and skin types. I would give her 10 stars if I could.. I have really bad scalp psoriasis on my scalp , she knew right away how to take care of my hair and gave my the most amazing hair wash and blow dry. Will come back again when I am in town. She made my day!!!
