Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Nov2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the staff at this location. I searched Google and found this location. I came by this store location with my family and noted that there is a large free parking lot out front with plenty of regular and handicap parking spaces. The parking lot is attached to the main grocery store in this area. I noted that there is a police and veterans parking spot up front of the store. I noted that the store was not busy upon our arrival. There were three workers inside the store at the time of our arrival. My family kept them busy sampling flavors before choosing which flavor to get. Each of the workers seemed to be efficient and capable. The store was clean and neat upon our arrival.

This was really good. The cake batter ice cream, vanilla and chocolate, taste just like you’re eating cake batter. Very good and creamy. I’ll be honest it is a little expensive but most specialty ice cream shops are anymore. It’s not bad for a special treat.

Handel’s in Flower Mound delivered exactly what I hoped for. I fell for their scoops in Vegas, so I hunted down this shop during my Dallas visit, and it was worth the detour. The ice cream tasted rich and bright, like it had its own spotlight. Service was quick, the place felt friendly, and every flavor I tried showed real care. If you want cold joy in a cup or cone, this spot hits the mark.

Great variety of delicious ice cream with friendly staff happy to stack scoops high on their cones. Very reasonable prices; they also have party packs of 12 ice cream cups in a box, packed almost like a box of a dozen donuts. Was happy to find this creamery and we look forward to visiting again whenever we are in the neighborhood.

This is our favorite ice cream store of all time! Great homemade flavors and a friendly staff! My daughter and her fiancé had so many dates there that they decided to have Handel’s as a late night snack at their wedding! It was a huge hit!

Took my son here. So many choices… They all sounds so good. Ended up with a scoop of mango sherbet. Really good👍 Blue monster this time. So good😋 And this is a single scoop ice cream cone!!

Old fashioned but very well modernized ice cream style. Great and soft ice creams but sherbet like others were too sweet. I ams not sure if this is authentic but it must be good and bad to different generations. BTW, mask wearing was OPTIONAL and no guests wore masks inside whilst all staffs did.
