Kim is the best HAIR stylist I have ever seen, I've been getting her to do my hair since fall 92. Only gone to 3 stylists besides her when I lived out if state.

I always love my haircut. better to schedule an appointment because you pay different prices per stylist. so the better ones cost more. If you are a walk in and get a more experienced stylist then you pay more than the walk in who gets a new stylist. but all being said, its a good job done by all.

I’ve gone here twice and both times I’ve had awful haircuts. The first time, my stylist took 2 extra inches off my hair than what I asked, and my hair is already pretty short so it was pretty much at the level of my mouth. However, the problem was only with the length so I didn’t think it was a big deal. I went back and asked for another haircut and I was horrified to see that a chunk of my hair was missing from my scalp! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Vina Le! I hate the drive to Metairie, but it's totally worth it when Vina takes care of me. I had an appointment and came in 30 minutes early, and she immediately greeted me with no time wasted. An hour passed by quickly with her awesome personality. I left loving my haircut, especially appreciate the fact that she takes the time to do something extra special (like curl or straighten my hair) for me. Who knew hair salon visits could be so fun and rewarding?! Thank you Vina! Until next time 🙂

I have been there a few years now. I wasnt happy with my first experience but that girl isnt there anymore. Then I got Liz on one visit and Vina on another. They are amazing! I'll only see them from now on. They are sweet and extremely talented. I would suggest giving them anther try and asking for either Vina or Liz. As far as pricing goes, they seem pretty consistant. You usually pay a different price for a stylist by their experience level. But over all, its never been a noticeable difference. Brenda

Worst hair cut I've ever had. styled me the first time like some old lady. if I straighten it, it's ok, but when I let it go natural, it looks terrible, sticks out all over the place. layers too short to pull back in clip. she did blonde highlights on my roots that were undetectable, my roots were still brown. when I went back to have her fix, she charged me (half, but it should have been fixed for free.) I just moved to a new place and my hair looks like crap everyday. So I think about warning others everyday, and finally decided to write.
