5 stars for Jenny, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, and was friendly while doing it. I highly recommend Hair Day!

Hair Day is fantastic! I was in desperate need of a haircut but can’t spend the $100+ lots of salons ask for (especially with my dense, long hair). Not only was Hair Day affordable but they were incredibly professional and I ended up with a beautiful cut! I’ve seen some reviews saying Justin isn’t good with woman’s hair cuts, but I STRONGLY DISAGREE! We talked about it in depth at the beginning, I showed him some references, and he gave me exactly what I asked for! Also, the claims about them treating clients who speak Korean better is just not true. Almost every client and hairdresser were speaking English, and even if they weren’t, who cares? I still ended up with a gorgeous cut! I will definitely be back and recommend Hair Day to all my friends!

Favorite hair salon ever as always. Jenny knows exactly how to do trendy Korean and Kpop hairstyles. Just show her a photo of any Kpop hairstyle, and she can do it. Her salon is always super clean and her assistants are friendly and so good work. I appreciate and respect how Jenny always does the hair cutting part herself. Anyone can wash, dry, or blowdry hair, but it is the cut that truly matters. Her prices are extremely affordable, and I will always be back!!

I’ve been going to their stylist Chloe for 2 years now, and she always does an amazing job with my hair. I’ve done pink, purple, blue, blonde, black - every color you can name and she’s always killed it. Recently went in for a balayage and extension job and she did beyond what I was even expecting!! My hair is now hair goals. Thank you chloe!

Awesome spot they are knowledgeable of hair styles and hair tips. I came in to get a hair cut and showed them a pic of the type of haircut I wanted with longer layers to make my hair look like volume. They cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and gave me tips how to keep it healthy. Jenny is awesome 👏 will come back again.

I never write reviews, but this place was so frustrating I felt the need to warn others. While they do give good haircuts—which is why I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times—they do not have the attention to detail or patience for good hair color. I usually trust that the hair stylists know what they’re doing, but here you have to be vigilant or they will mess you up. I have a split-dye hairstyle with 2 pieces of blonde, and the rest of my hair is my dark virgin hair. I first got it done in Japan and loved it, so I wanted to maintain it with root touch ups here in the states. However, this proved way too difficult for Hair Day. They poorly parted my hair, bleached parts they shouldn't have, and constantly wiped mistakes off my hair with a rag instead of taking their time. Despite this, I kept trusting the process because I still assumed professionals would know what they were doing. I was wrong. The first visit left my roots yellow after bleaching. I pointed this out, and the stylist asked if I wanted toner—as if leaving my roots yellow was what I wanted. I know nothing about hair, so I assumed the toner would fix the yellow. After the toner, my roots turned gray and eventually faded back to yellow. The second visit was to fix this, but the boss was accusatory, implying the issue was my fault. She tried to blame all of the pieces her employee covered with black hair dye on me. When I explained, she then got mad and said my hair needed double bleaching to not be yellow, which I wasn’t informed of the first time. I would have happily paid more and stayed longer had I been informed, which would have saved me the second visit. They re-bleached and toned my hair, sort of fixing it, but the entire experience was stressful. Still, I bought a hair product despite their mistakes because I felt bad for taking their time. Going the third time was my mistake as I should have learned my lesson. However, I genuinely assumed that booking with the boss would mean there would be no mistakes and it would be fine. She was worse than her employee. She barely listened as I explained my style, skipped proper parting, and over-bleached my hair. At least, in the first visit, the mistakes were accidents, but the boss bleached lots of black on purpose so she wouldn’t have to part my hair. She also kept handing the job off to an assistant who she had to teach. Both of them used rags to wipe bleach off parts of my hair like I was a table. They bleached so many roots on natural pieces of hair that I could no longer trust the process and I pointed it out. She tried to act like she wasn’t doing anything wrong and told me she was going to color those pieces black. I never asked for that, I just wanted a root touch up on the only two blonde pieces of hair on my natural hair. My hair will undoubtedly fade into a tricolored mess. Despite spending six hours in the chair for a simple touch-up of two small pieces of hair the boss refused to acknowledge her mistakes, blamed them on her employees, and rushed through everything. Even as they were blow drying my hair, she tried to cover up more left over mistakes with dye, but I refused saying I just wanted to go. She insisted, so I let her, but I ended up having to hover over the sink so she could wash that piece. This is an experience I would expect from an at home dye job by novices, not professionals. Additionally, I noticed they’re more attentive and welcoming to Korean-speaking customers. They book multiple clients at once, which means you’re left unacknowledged for long periods and they rush. If you’re looking for a cheap hair job, this is the place, but it will reflect in the quality. I wouldn’t recommend this salon, especially for intricate dye jobs or alternative hairstyles. The lack of care and professionalism left my hair damaged and far from what I wanted. Most frustratingly, the boss never acknowledged her mistakes. I shouldn’t have even paid her for the damage she did to my hair, but I wanted to leave so bad. Very disappointing experience.

Disappointed as they raised the price and didn't tell us until check out so we had to pay premium for subpar hair and service.
