Grow has been a part of my life for almost four years, and it has been an absolute joy to watch this incredible female-owned business thrive, evolve, and succeed. The talent, passion, and dedication within these walls are truly unmatched. Years ago, Devyn saved my hair and, in doing so, gave me a new lease on life. Her expertise, artistry, and genuine care not only transformed my hair but also renewed my confidence in ways I can’t even describe. More recently, I had the pleasure of becoming a client of Bradie, and she is nothing short of amazing! She listens so intently to her clients’ vision and then works her magic to bring it to life. Her creativity, attention to detail, and pure talent make every appointment an incredible experience. And beyond that, she is the sweetest person to work with—someone who truly cares about her clients and their happiness. Heather has built something truly special with Grow. Kali is amazing!! I reached out after a search for extension specialists in Midtown. Long story short I had an issue with extensions put in outside of the country! She texted me right away, asked for photos and fit me into her very busy schedule two days later! I am sure she could sense my panic about my hair. Once I got there she sat down and asked me what my concerns were about my hair and what my expectations were…the time she took to get to know not only me but my hair made all the difference in the world!! The ktips I have in my hair now are the BEST I have ever had, small and neat and perfection! I did not know that ktips can be this GOOD! Can’t wait to continue our hair journey so happy I found Grow be Kali!

I am writing this review after picking my jaw up off the floor. I have always worn some form of extensions due to my extremely thin hair. I damaged it with color, chemicals and clip ins. I switched to hand tied extensions a few years ago, but I was still never fully satisfied. I figured that since my hair is so thin, it's hard to blend with extensions and I just had to accept that it wasn't going to look the way I imagined. I started to look up salons that focus on hair restoration and preserving the health of your natural hair, as most salons don't focus on this. I found Grow and decided to book a consultation for the AlmaTed treatment and extensions. I have now completed two AlmaTed hair restoration treatments and gotten brand new hair extensions done. For the first time, I'm not just "okay" with my hair - I am glued to the mirror in awe. Heather is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented and actually cares about the health of your natural hair. She has given me results I really didn't think were possible for my hair type. From the color match to the extension method, she is truly so talented and it's safe to say my imagination was never this good. I am so happy that I found this salon! I have been coming to GROW for 2 years, and I’ll be coming to GROW for the rest of my life! Since getting extensions done from Bradie and Devyn, my natural hair has grown longer and stronger. Extensions get a bad rap because of improper installation, but the team at GROW does what’s best for your hair and your head shape to make sure your natural hair does not get damaged. I cannot imagine having anyone else do my hair!

Ashley is such a delight!! I usually come in with some inspiration pictures but I also love telling her to do whatever she wants with my cut/color. I always leave so happy with my hair and get soo many compliments!
