I used to come here when I had braces, and overall it was a very bad experience. The front office staff was rude and disrespectful. One time when I had a bracket break, the front desk lady asked me if I "eat rocks at home," which was extremely unprofessional. I had to calm myself down instead of responding. The office itself is clean, and most of the assistants in the back who check your teeth are okay, but I did have a bad experience with one assistant who would aggressively pull and turn my head during appointments. It got to the point where I had to request not to have her anymore. Between that and the constant attitude from the front office, I would not recommend this place. Customer service really matters, especially in healthcare, and this office seriously lacks it.

Quiet literally saved my teeth. Took 3 years but it was 100% worth it. Everyone there is really nice I recommend this place to anyone who needs braces!

All 3 of my daughters went here for braces and they were great! 2 of my daughters went and finished and one is still receiving treatment. Their teeth are straight and I am very happy with the results. My son will be a patient when he’s old enough to get braces.

I have called this place multiple times. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, Catherine was taking my kids' information and couldn't wait 2 minutes to search for my kids' dental insurance. When I found it, they said it was not the correct number, but it's the only number in the insurance. At this point, I started thinking that this place probably doesn't help Latinos. When I asked, she said she speaks Spanish and laughed. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but she mentioned they don't have one, only corporate. Don't waste your time giving them business; go somewhere else. If the company trusts people like them, I don't want to risk my kid being seen by them.

I highly recommend Greenway for anyone looking to get braces. They are extremely professional and everyone is so nice. They explained everything they were doing and planning to do with my teeth. Making appointments was very easy, they also gave reminder cards and texted you to remind you for appointments which wad extremely helpful. Overall I had an amazing experience with Greenway. I can’t rave about them enough, especially how nice and kind the entire office is. After your treatment they provide SAME DAY retainers and a thank you gift. Everything was absolutely amazing Thank you to everyone at Greenway!

Greenway Orthodontics is amazing I finished my treatment on 11/12/24 and it was a perfect 10/10! They straightened and fixed my teeth perfectly, and the process was so straightforward. The team was right on point, doing their job with precision and care. I couldn’t be happier with the results I absolutely love my new smile. I can now show my teeth. ❗️OVER PRICED❗️Always get a second opinion! Office was decent but as soon as you walk back it was overwhelming and chaotic. Too much going on at one time. When state insurance denied request we were given a "discounted price" that was still well over 1K+ more expensive than another dental office for traditional braces. Greenways price of traditional braces plus $250 more and my son was able to get INVISALIGN with ESI ORTHOTICS.
