Great Expressions Dental Centers - Coral Springs

As usual my cleaning was fantastic today!! Angie is the best!! She’s gentle and always does a great job! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

My temporary cap fell out for the 2nd time so I called the coral springs office to see if they could put it back on because the nerves was sensitive to cold/hot. I was told the office was double booked and they could not get me in today and I couldn't wait till the next day's availability because the nerves were exposed and painful. I called another Great Expressions who was willing to see me right away even though I was not a patient and immediately transferred my case the the other office. If you can't help me during a dental emergency I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Office was clean and inviting. Staff members were courteous, competent and very accommodating of patient's needs. Patients are engaged in the process and the required follow up.

Needed a cap. GED ran it through my insurance and told me it was ALL covered, that I'd owe nothing. Now a couple of months later, I get a surprise bill from GED for something called core build up that insurance denied. I specifically reiterated to GED before having procedure done that it was all covered. I would not have had the procedure if I had known I'd owe so much money. Insurance says they've requested additional documentation for the core build up, GEDsays they've appealed the denial and appealed it. Insurance says they've not received any appeal, and are still awaiting further documentation for the core build up. Insurance says they've not received any such appeal & are awaiting further documentation from GED. Insurance company tried to call GED with me on the line, put on hold a long time, and eventually call got disconnected. And I'm stuck in the middle.

The staff and doctors are 5 stars; however, it’s ridiculous for a healthcare facility to charge a transaction fee for credit card payments. The new owners need to know these fees will drive away new and preexisting clients. You should remove these fees. There are other institutions we can take our business to.

Great service.. was started with the first contact,, spoke to Jackie,, very helpful, very professional,, and very nice,,, once at the office they did a root canal surgery,, very efficient.. nice nurse,, excellent doctor,, ,, great job!!!!

This has been one of the best dental care experiences I’ve ever had. I swear!!! The entire staff is so welcoming, warm, polite, and kind. The doctor is very knowledgeable, genuine, and you can tell she loves what she does. She truly cares for her patients. I’m moving to central Florida soon but I am coming down every 6 months so they can take care of my teeth. Yes, it’s worth the time and the distance. I am beyond pleased! I’m super happy!
