Granite Bay Dermatology & Laser Center: Dr. Scott B. Hearth

I had a cyst that was growing on the side of my nose right by my eye and it was getting larger so I decided to get it removed. My insurance wouldn’t cover this so I came to Dr. Hearths office and paid out of pocket. I was really nervous for the procedure and how it would look after it was done. He was amazing. He Helped me significantly after my procedure to make sure the scar was not visible and it’s completely flat. Like I can’t feel any remnants of a scar, which is crazy. I’m really glad I chose this doctor/office to do my work.

Went in for an appointment to "establish" my care and was told that it was only a short visit and they could only address some minor skin issues. All good…went ahead and made the "long" appointment three months away. I was called the day of my appt and told the provider was out and would have to reschedule. The only available was another month and a half away on a Friday afternoon at 1630. I took it. Showed up 15 mins early and waited patiently until 1645. The waiting room was empty the entire time I was there. No one ever addressed me or discussed the delay with me. After waiting I confirmed my appt time and informed the receptionist that my time is more valuable than this and left. This place feels like you should consider yourself lucky to allow them to take care of you. It’s very disappointing to be treated with such disrespect and lack of consideration. I would rather let Satan do my skin care than ever go back there.

Neva , Who is receptionist/customer service at the front desk is brilliant! She went over and above her duty and I’m greatly appreciative of all her hard work Please give her a raise, Also, Gabriella checked me and she did a fantastic job also

I felt the MD REALLY checked my skin well. He allowed time for questions. This was my first visit to this office. Staff were nice and I didn’t have to wait long. I would recommend.

The process for scheduling and attending the appointment were fantastic. I cannot stress enough, how much helpful information we were given by Johanna and able to create a plan of action. I highly recommend them!

This Office is gorgeous, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Dr Hearth was very thorough when explaining treatments and causes of our skin concerns and also offered advice on what we can do naturally to help prevent symptoms. I really appreciate that. Highly recommended.
