I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Moh Vang, NP, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I received. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for — something that can be hard to find in healthcare these days. Moh has an incredible bedside manner. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. I never felt like she was trying to hurry through the appointment — instead, she was calm, attentive, and fully present the entire time. What really stood out to me was how personable and compassionate she is. She made sure I understood my condition and treatment options, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in the plan moving forward. It was obvious that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Dermatology visits can sometimes feel quick and impersonal, but this experience was the complete opposite. Moh took the time to ensure I felt reassured and informed, which made a huge difference. I left the appointment feeling relieved, respected, and grateful for such excellent care. I had an excellent experience at my first appointment for an annual exam. From the front office personnel, the offices themselves & Esmeralda my NP, it was a very pleasant experience. Esmeralda made me feel very comfortable with a professional but very kind & informative demeanor. I would highly recommend the Berman practice.

Excellent experience at Berman Skin Institute!! All the staff are really nice. My doctor was Excellent!! She explained everything she was going to do and how she was going to do it and what I could expect afterwards. I would come back here in a heartbeat!!

I was referred by the VA Dermatology Referral program. After giving Berman my contact information I was barraged with Emails and texts nearly every day. I checked their reviews and found many 1 ratings. When I checked in they gave me many sheets to fill out asking for many things unrelated to Dermatology. They even asked for my full SS number! I refused many of the questions. I was seen by a PA not a doctor who told me they would send a report and come back in three weeks! I walked out and called back to cancel any further treatment.

I got a same-day appointment, I was willing to pay out-of-pocket, but last minute realize they accepted my new insurance! Casey NP was amazing!

Excellent Always so professional and on top of their evaluation! The prescription was spot on and amazing. Next day results !!!

Just glanced at my skin and started writing prescriptions. Very little communication about symptoms and effectiveness of home treatment prior to visit. Did not even look at or offer diagnosis of other issues.
