The absolute WORST dentist/orthodontics practice in the entire 559. Extremely RUDE staff, rude little ladies behind the reception desk. Not to mention very unhelpful. My daughter has waited now 3 months for her crown and they just keep saying oh the lab hasn’t sent it. Had to contact their HR dept to finally get help. They will ignore your calls when they see your name on caller ID. Has happened to me and others countless times. Do not take your kids or family members here!! Just read the reviews! I’m filing a grievance and contacting the city as well as 2 other agencies to look into their malpractice and absurd abuse towards patients. Mad enough to write this short essay. Wish I cool give 0 stars.

The wait time to get dental bridges is ridiculous!!!! Waited over 4 months to get mine and they were horrible material quality. Filing a grievance on them. It’s been an overall horrible experience with this office. They cancel scheduled appts and when your show up for appts they used random excuses why we can’t be seen on that scheduled appt; blaming the customer and saying they called to cancel it, when in fact they don’t. Be aware! Please don’t waste your time with this office. They should close. Everyone need to file a grievance with their health insurance and the board of directors for dentistry. Google it!

DON’T GO HERE!!! DONT TAKE YOUR BABIES!!! my daughter got called to the back room, took her for X-rays she has been doing X-rays for a 1 hour and 45 minutes. I cached to see what was going on they said she done. Next thing you know they come back and said she needs more X-rays there hose 30 more minutes. Apparently they couldn’t take X-rays. Suzie floor supervisor told me she needs another X-ray I’m like ok, my daughter was in pain already suzie told mom to leave the room she was didn’t say can you please exit the room for X-rays she said for mom to leave. I moved out and stayed close by cause I knew something was off. I had a mom gut feeling I go back to the room my daughter is crying her eyes out and shaking really bad and what do u see is suzie grabbing my daughter by her face tell her she needs to open her mouth because the youth she has to take a X-ray is way to big. I stop it right away. My daughter is shaking so bad you can tell suzie did something. On top of two hours of doing "X-rays" I went to look for a manager which I found Alex office manager she was worse. She didn’t want to fix the problem she told me we had to go somewhere else, because she was really great friends with the manager there. We went to golden valley smile in Clovis. They took her X-rays again! They didn’t even see my daughter they just said ohh we cat do it here they sent her to care and cure dental mom called then and said my daughter was referred by golden valley, the lady was like wow again they know better to stop sending referrals to us we don’t take children 12 and under, they always do this when they don’t want to help a patient out. That shows my more then anything how ocean dental group and gold Bally smile works. Just because suzie got caught hurting a child and you Alex tried to cover it up and not fix the problem is one sad thing. What goes around comes around. Golden valley is worse !! They gave me a dumb referral the knew that my baby couldn’t get seen there. This place is connected to ocean dental 6 minutes hose from each other. Be careful Alex office manager even said I’m really great friends with the manager over there.

Wonderful experience, Araceli at the front office is a lifesaver, she saved me 3 trips by setting everything up for 1 day, the back staff was great too!! My copay was really low too, 1/2 what I expected, highly recommended.

Went here for the first time with my son and everything went smoothly. Short wait for a new patient. The paperwork was simple and easy. They took care of us in the back! Antonio was amazing! Very polite and knowledgeable about the reason for the visit! The office was also clean, which is very important..

Horrible! Wish I could give 0 stars! Had an appointment for my seven year old at 3:30 wasn’t seen until 4:30 then when he was taken back the lady rudely stopped me at the door and told me I couldn’t go back with him while he got his x rays I could hear him screaming and trying to tell her something but she wasn’t listening. I had to go back up to the desk for them to let me back there with him then finally around 5 we just left without even being seen by the dentist. I ended up making an appointment at another dentist and I recommend you do the same if it’s an appointment for your kids because this place was literally the worst. My son has never been scared of the dentist before and now he’s worried he’s gonna choke on the x ray machine because of this place's poor care.

My visit to Golden Valley Smiles was on Wednesday February 12, 2025. I am normally terrified of going to the dentist. I would like to first of all commend Omar the dentist’s assistant. Omar made me feel very comfortable, he talked to me through my procedure (root canal). He helped me to relax, told me to breathe through my nose and at times to take a deep breath. How comforting that was for me, I truly needed that. Dr Huang did an excellent job. He kept asking if I was ok. He also made me feel comfortable. Shirley the sweet lady that took my X-rays was very pleasant and kind. The receptionist was patient with me even though I was late because I used my GPS and it took me the location in Fresno.
