Very disappointed with our experience at this office. I chose to sit quietly with my son during his treatment because he was very upset and wanted me there. I did not interfere in any way, yet the doctor appeared upset by my presence, which made the situation uncomfortable. The younger female doctor was wonderful, kind and compassionate , and I truly appreciated her care. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has been extremely unprofessional. I was told they no longer accepted referrals (which was not accurate), and after following up about scheduling a root canal due to not receiving return calls, I was told I had called "too many times" and that my son’s account was flagged. I was also falsely accused of yelling during a visit, which never happened. As a parent simply trying to secure care for my child, this was very disappointing. Edit: After posting this review the office decided to send me the letter pictured. Mind you I have not visited there establishment since early 2025, I was never rude nor was I disrespectful. This is such a badly ran place. They first lied about not accepting referrals and are now stating that there reason for doing do is because of my actions. Lack of professionalism is ridiculous. The receptionist at the front is very very rude and they seem to be complusive liars.

I was referred to this office by medi-cal I did not have any issues or problems with that. Once I went to the office things were done so quickly I was in disbelief and kept asking if that was it. They were fast and efficient. I only had to go three times in total and then I finished my treatment. I went for a crown for a root canal. The mold/crown was done quickly and put on within a couples minutes of being called. Highly recommend this office/practice. Great people. They care about your comfort

Where do I even start; perfection. The staff are all amazing and treat you with the most courtesy and respect. They are very kind and listen carefully to what you have to say. The wait time is close to nothing, and their work is excellent. I had three root canals that I had been referred to from one dentists to another; they were " unable" to do them because they need a certain specialist. So when I came to K&h I was really nervous that I will be sent back , but the doctor knew exactly what needed to be done and did two root canals in one day. You can just tell he is really experienced and confident in his work. He stopped after every step, took X-rays, and comforted me that every step was successfully done. I have never given a review before, but really felt like I should considering how wonderful my experience was. I also witnessed how great they are with kids, they are very patient with them and have them walk out laughing and excited for that " chest toy ". I definitely will be bringing my kids here, even if it’s a 1+ hour drive from us, definitely worth it.

When I did go for my scheduled appointment the wait was astronomical and when I called to follow up to get more information on billing and the products being used in my mouth, it was extremely difficult to talk to them. The office manager talked down on protected parties and people with insurance or without insurance as if helping people's teeth is meant to be a service ment for people with money not everyone and when I tried to ask more questions they did not want to answer. They got very snippy and told me to essentially go elsewhere.

My son had a tooth extraction done and he was bleeding uncontrollably. At 9am it was extracted I had to take him back at 3:45pm because I felt like the bleeding should’ve subsided by now. The dr just told my son to open his mouth, she removed the gauze and just stuck another one in & said he’s fine he will bleed, then sent us back home. I ended up having to take my son into Valley children’s hospital at 11pm. The dr got him in the back quick and started to hook him up to IVs, blood pressure monitor & ordering blood work. They put epinephrine on some gauze and put in that place where the tooth was extracted. The bleeding started to subside but once they removed it he was bleeding again. Their next option was to put a fiber strip with gauze and finally at 3am the bleeding stopped. The doctor was upset that my son had to endure all of this when his doctor should’ve controlled this problem to begin with. In this photo taken in the hospital this was only 1 hr with blood just dripping out his mouth, mind you 19hrs had already gone by bleeding a lot at home and going thru a brand new box of gauze.

The staff is SUPER nice! I have had so many procedures here and they are amazing. As someone who has neglected their dental health due to EXTREME dental anxiety I cannot recommend enough!! I will never go see another dental team. Thank you K and H for your professionalism and genuine care, it’s means the world to me. I am no longer in intense pain.

I had a cavity and needed a root canal and was absolutely terrified but everyone from the second I walked through the front door went above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable. The work it’s self; flawless!! Pain is subjective but the techniques that they used to help ease it; brilliant. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I was a referral but now have established care as a permanent patient. Thank you for helping me and SAVING MY SMILE!!
