I had the best, first time , hydrafacial with Nancy. Nancy is timely, professional, gentle, extremely soothing and an expert in her field. I left the office feeling exhilarated, fresh and clean, and grateful for an exceptional experience, also scheduling my second hydrafacial as recommended and with new knowledge about how to take better care of my skin. My mom and I visited this spa last summer for a consultation. It was her first time, and she was interested in learning about lasers and possibly injectables. My mom doesn’t speak much English, so I was helping translate for her. We arrived a few minutes late and immediately apologized and asked if we needed to reschedule. The front desk told us it was fine, so I quickly started finishing her intake form. Shortly after, we were called back by Paula, and from the very beginning her demeanor was cold and impatient. The interaction felt tense and uncomfortable, and we were treated more like a problem to get through than paying clients. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was because we were a few minutes late or because I was translating everything into Spanish for my mom, which naturally made the appointment take a little longer. Either way, the lack of basic courtesy was obvious. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been here before and had great experiences with Nancy and Brandy, who have always been kind and professional. Thankfully, we were eventually handed over to Brandy, who was wonderful and very helpful, and my mom did end up getting a laser treatment. Still, almost a year later, this experience sticks with me. A spa should feel welcoming and professional, not stressful or uncomfortable. When you’re spending your hard earned money, you expect to be treated with respect, especially as a first time client dealing with a language barrier. After reading other reviews, I can see we’re not the only ones who’ve experienced something like this. I hope management takes this seriously, because one person’s attitude can undo all the good work of the rest of the team

I’ve been going to Brandy at Glo Medspa for laser hair removal for a few months now and I’ve had the best experience! Brandy is amazing at what she does, and she does an awesome job of explaining the process of the treatment and what to expect. Everyone who works here is always super friendly. I highly recommend Glo Medspa for anyone who wants their services done in a professional and welcoming environment!

I've been seeing Kristin for a couple years. She is so knowledgable, kind, professional, and friendly. She has provided a great service on every occasion. In addition all staff interaction is friendly and positive.

I received a hydrafacial, it was amazing! Tara is very professional & knowledgeable but she is the sweetest, kindest soul. I felt very comfortable and she kept me informed as she completed the procedure.

The staff is very personal and they are honest with what you need. They are up to date on the lastest products. My skin always looks so great after my treatments.

I have received treatments from Paula several times, she is warm and knowledgeable and very dedicated to her work. I trust her professional advice and have always been very happy with the results!! I travel seven hours to use her services 🙂
