Always go here when we go to AZ I Love Frys Better than Kingsoopers in Colorado still has the best deals too Kroger is my home ❤️🫶🏽
This evening, I was accused of stealing fried chicken. A completely absurd and humiliating experience. I simply wanted to pick up a quick, precooked meal after a long day at work. I purchased an eight-piece fried chicken, mac and cheese, and two teas. Before checking out, I decided not to purchase a thermal cup I was undecided about. I asked the cashier to take it. I try to avoid leaving unwanted items at the register. The cashier was visibly irritated, but reluctantly took the cup, Throughout the transaction, she watched me scan each of my four items closely, which felt both uncomfortable and unnecessary. As I was paying, she repeatedly questioned whether I had scanned the fried chicken despite it being the first item I scanned. No other customers were treated this way. The entire situation was unjustified, embarrassing, and unacceptable.
I shopped Frys exclusively until the deal to merge with another chain fell through and their prices skyrocketed. Frys used to be the least expensive with great deals in Phoenix. Bashas and Safeway were high. Now, Bashas blows Frys out of the water price wise. I never thought I would see the day that Bashas had better prices than Frys. I've been done with Frys for over a year.
Yesterday I was in a line a a lady named Roberta was my cashier. It honestly took forever but because she had to wait for Toni who was busy manager helping many people. Im not complaining, it could have made the average customer mad at the wait but we honestly all stayed cool so I told Roberta when my phone asks me how Frys was ill leave a review about how she turned a challenge into us all laughing and getting thru it. She was worried about losing her job due to register being off but I hope you guys never let her go she's awesome! Thanks Roberta, never change which you are!
This Fry's location (off Chandler boulevard and 40th Street) deserves 10 stars. I was having an extremely difficult few days and came into the store a total mess. The entire staff, asst.manager A, and Have, who helped me load my groceriesin my vehicle, showed incredible patience and didn't look at me sideways when I was clearly distressed. THEN When my card kept declining at the Starbucks counter at Fry's, the employee, Natalya, did the most selfless thing: she bought my drink for me herself. This is more than just a grocery store—it's a place with heart. Thank you, Natalya, and the entire team, for your profound kindness.
I hope you know how valuable Lynette is to your store. She searched all the sale kiosks throughout the store for a wine you had advertised. I live out of town and wish my local store had " a Lynette"! Unfortunately you were out of the product and it was a shame. Had to purchase it elsewhere.
Super rude cashier, didn't want to take the time to assist with the stores digital coupon list. Got irritated when we asked for help. Scanned the sheet and said no coupons available, when we clearly had shopwd from the list. Then snatched my wife's phone from her hands when she was asing a question on how to apply them via frys app, scanned the phone and repeated her self with a heavy sigh. We ended up checking out without applying the coupons, and she made us feel embarrassed by her rude attitude and unwillingness to do her job. We will never shop here again. Safeway across the street has friendly, helpful staff members, who deserve our business and hard earned money!
