Fred Meyer

I've been a loyal shopper of this location for over 20 years. A few days ago we decided to grab a coffee and lunch after some swift shopping and sit down. The barista in Starbucks was the worst ever experienced in any Starbucks. They didn't call the name out that ordered and left the order sitting on the counter and when we opened it, the cup was less than half full, foam was gone and lukewarm. I mentioned it to her and told her it was unacceptable and thought of calling corporate since they did not call the name and left it sitting on counter. The barista lady with all the tattoos on her face laughed out loud obnoxiously and rude.. I asked her why that was funny and her response was, what you want me to cry about it laughing as if she didn't care. A very unnecessary comment and the gentleman looked over and said I'll make a new one. But only after this was said did we get a new coffee offer but she continued with her derogatory and rude remarks very unpleasant and unprofessional. She laughed obnoxious loud with every customer after that to irritate us with her fake laugh and kindness. Not genuine at all, we will never return to this location as it left all 3 of us in shock with the behavior displayed in such a expensive entity and well known brand and company. Not a good experience or look for both companies. Not a way to treat loyal customers who only wanted to have a peaceful shopping experience with lunch and coffee..

Yeah I just love the way Fred Meyers set up it's cozy and stylish both the Richland and Kennewick locations are nice I've definitely spent more time at the Richland one cuz it's closer to me it's just always really clean and organized well and honestly the employees are just amazing such a joy to go in there everytime. Little seating area at the Richland locations really nice and chill and at the Kennewick location there Starbucks seating area is great also. I love their entire deli section, sushi is an absolute delight and the bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers in the meat section of the deli are my best friend lol

I’m a Freddie’s girl, grew up going to this store and now as an adult continue to. My only problem is the pharmacy. Both pharmacist are great! but, the techs are a different story. They are rude and seem to not care about their job, people or for their own livelihood. Someone needs to get them medication to wake up and be thankful that to have a job w benefits. They literally chose to work in customer service and still choose to be so hateful. I hope this post makes it to them and corporate . Customer service needs to be better w them and throughout the store.

When we usually go to either Fred Meyer, they don't have ANY charged carts, people REALLY do NEED those carts, I know I sure do. Other than that, our shopping experience is always good. The cashiers are very polite and the workers, go out of their way to help, that's amazing. I truly appreciate it. 😄

First time here and I found this store unorganized. It just felt like it had no flow and areas were all over the place. I did find what I was looking for but it took me awhile. Good pricing on produce and fresh.

Workers are super nice, and very helpful. The guy in the health section directed me exactly to what I needed with both the aisle number and what it was next to, after just thinking for a second. Absolutely amazing to just pull that out. He was right, too!

Very wide variety, good for bulk purchases. Price was oddly low, and competitive. Good, high quality items, name brands, and little nock offs. Staff made the visit memorable.
