This is not the level of quality or professionalism I expect, especially given the price and the standards your salon presents. I should not have to return home feeling dissatisfied or needing to fix the service myself. I am requesting that this situation be resolved promptly. It was my first time getting a haircut from Jennie, and I have to say, she is incredibly talented and does fabulous work. The entire staff is friendly, which makes the overall experience a 10 out of 10. I booked my appointment with Jennie at the last minute, yet she was very understanding and still managed to fit me in on a busy day. I truly appreciate the time and energy she put into my haircut. I have never felt so confident with a new hairstyle! 🥰✨

I’ve lived in Texas for about four years, and it’s been tough finding someone who can cut my hair exactly how I like it consistently. Luckily, while scrolling through Instagram, I came across Jennie’s page and was really impressed with the haircuts she’s done. I decided to book an appointment, and let me just say she’s now my go to stylist. Even though I live an hour away, I’ll gladly make that drive every single time because I know it’s worth it. Jennie is truly a miracle worker. You’ll leave her chair feeling more confident than when you walked in. I 100% recommend her you won’t be disappointed! I’m sure everyone else is very good but I just fell in love with Jennie.

It seemed that the designer was new, and unfortunately the haircut did not turn out well. I was also disappointed that the owner did not offer any apology and the response felt inadequate. Even if other places may be more expensive, I don’t think I will return.

I came to this salon for a perm and come out really satisfied with it. Jennie is the hair stylist, she is very kind and nice, she makes sure i like my hairstyle and you can tell she’s very professional. I love the perm that she made for me.
