I've spoken with the billing department several times about getting numerous messages and emails about my account being due but when I call (they use a third party billing, guess they can't afford the certificates so they outsource to India) I get the runaround. It's not my account, it's my son's, and his father pays for the insurance and medical billing as per our custody agreement. I've spoken to the third party department, I've called the local business, and the father of my son has gone in person several times to resolve this issue. Today however, when I called the business I was transfered to Rick (billing management) and was met with a rude, curt man who proceeded to blame me and my insurance. He denied any wrongdoing and said he's herd of my account before (like it's some notorious account?) I explained how I have had to call several times to make sure my information was correct in their systems (it never was for whatever reason) and they did not process my son's father's recent in person payment. Rick was very rude, and after I said I would complain he told me I couldn't.... Sure thing buddy. I hope they keep the recordings and I hope it's shown to the CEO, his attitude was very unprofessional, and they whole of the billing team is seriously lacking communication skills. And apparently I'm not the only one complaining about their billing department. I hope there is some kind of apology for the rudeness and a policy change.

My daughter and I arrived at 3:52 and were checked in. We were called back around 4:40. When I was telling the nurse about my daughter’s symptoms she said "oh, it’s too late to do a flu test. We are closing early." I told her that was the whole reason we came because my daughter was not feeling well and if they were refusing to test her then we would leave. This is before she took my daughter’s vitals or anything. I went to the front desk to get my copay refunded since I was not getting any care. They said I would not be charged. I wanted something in writing stating my card was refunded or not charged. Another nurse overhead and called me back again. The doctor only stayed 2 seconds in the room with me and my daughter. She did not listen to my concerns and wanted to prescribe cough medicine and not anything else. When I asked why they were closing early she said "we have a party to get to." They were more concerned with having a staff party than taking care of my daughter. The sign says they close at 7:00 but they decided to close at 5:00. There was no sign on the door when I arrived stating they would close early. The lights were turned off in the waiting room when we walked through to leave. I was unable to get a school excuse or work excuse because the receptionist had left. I do not feel like we got the care needed. I hope they had a wonderful staff party but we will not be back. I was happy to have found somewhere in South Bossier to go, but we will drive across the bridge. I took my daughter to her pediatrician the next day and she tested positive for flu. I should have just waited to do this in the first place but I was trying to get xofluza as early as possible.

Visited this facility on a Saturday after my husband cut his hand on a very sharp knife. Not knowing they closed at 4 pm, we arrived at 3:20 pm, a 2 minute drive from our house. Not sure how many people were in the back, but there was 1 person in the waiting room and 1 person came in behind us. A nurse , I presume, could have been a doctor, came to the waiting room to look at his hand and made it seem like we were an inconvenience and they would try to get us in. Not one word was spoken to anyone else about being able to be seen. My husband figured if they did get him in the back they would 'mistreat' him and do a half-ass job because her dared to need help so close to them closing. I understand people wanting to get off on time, but these are so-called medical professionals who made someone that needed help feel like his heavily bleeding hand was an inconvenience and were very rude about.

The doctor saw me for a total of 3 minutes. She peaked and my throat and listened to my heart. Claimed it was an infection and the vomiting was due to a virus. Rather quick assumption for a mere 3 minutes and minimal examination. It was clear she was ready to go, disregarded my opinion/desired plan of treatment because I suppose she didn't want to spend any time hearing it. I wore my reaction on my face and it was not enough for her to take a moment to assess. Ridiculous.

Service was quick but the people that dealt with us from the start to the end were RUDE! Why choose a job in health care when you can’t have a proper attitude? Never going there again, waste of my time and money! Also when we were told what was wrong and how it was a "medical emergency" we went to the ER and the nurse looked at us like we were stupid because whatever they diagnosed us with wasn’t even true, so now we have a different issue smh.

This place was always good and timely, but today I've been in the waiting room for 50 minutes. They never told me about copay, front desk said they're not busy... And they brought people in that came in way after me. Disappointed. I left. Will go to a different place tomorrow.

My son went in for pink eye and some sold/flu symptoms today and the lady at the front was flustered when we walked in. Then we got to the back and all the "doctor" did was shine a light in his eyes and say she would send in a script for meds. I’ve waited all day and she still hasn’t sent the prescription to brookshires at all. I don’t think my son will be getting meds at all from the looks of it. So my insurance company was charged and my son’s eyes are hurting like hell and we got nothing out of this trip today. Don’t come here if you’re expecting to get taken care of.
