Today I visited this clinic for an Ultherapy V‑lifting treatment to refine and contour my jawline and chin. The entire experience was fantastic. Even though they don’t accept my Tricare Select insurance for regular visits, and I can’t see them for routine care, I still wanted to share my wonderful experience. My son saw the family doctor once and absolutely loved how caring and knowledgeable the doctor was. They truly treated us like family and provided expert care at every step. As for the V‑lifting treatment, it was marvelous. They were incredibly kind, careful, and made me feel completely at ease. I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Highly recommended!!!They really go above and beyond!!!

Dr. May Kim is very attentive and kind. The staff members are also always caring and do their best to take great care of patients. If you are looking for a primary care physician, I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kim has been my PCP for years now and has always been extremely helpful in every way. No matter what the situation is, i know i can depend on his care to be top tier. The staff at both the flower mound and carrollton locations are always super friendly and smiley. If i could give more stars I would!

I’ve always had a great experience at this clinic. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable from start to finish. Dr. May Kim and the entire staff are incredibly professional and attentive, providing thoughtful care and clear explanations throughout the consultation. A special thanks to Mina Park at the reception desk — she was exceptionally kind and helpful, handling everything with such efficiency and warmth. It’s always reassuring to be in such good hands! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care in a comfortable setting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sent a request to this company a day ago for an appointment to establish new care. No one contacted me, fine maybe they are busy. Within that request it required I enter my insurance information so I did. So I give them a call letting them know I submitted the request for an appointment. The lady asked for info and insurance, let me know I needed to make sure the doctor was selected as my PCP for care and I explained that process was underway since UHC was having issues. So after sending her a picture of my insurance card. She calls me back to tell me that the facility is in network but the Dr isn't. I told her I already validated that he was in network so since when. She says since it's an HMO he's not in network. Okay sure. I contacted my insurance who said he IS in fact in network and they shouldn't be denying me service and gave me a number to call to file a grievance and receive help. Either way I found another doctor. Says something about your practice if you have to lie and pick and choose your patients. Pathetic.

I go see Dr. May at least once a year for my annual checkup. I just love her and her staffs. Everyone is really kind and after my annual checkup, she always had a follow up with me so I knew what I need to do for my health. I have a chronic lower back pain. Recently, they got this new ESTW Therapy. It is an advanced treatment method that utilizes acoustic waves to promote healing and pain relief. It's not covered by insurance yet, so kinda pricy for now ($200/session). But it is rooting out the inflammation of the damaged muscle so I wanted to give it a try since I tried many chiropractic and acupuncture yet it was just a moment I felt no pain. It's been 2 days since I had ESTW Therapy and my lower back feels great. I'm so glad. They recommended at least 6 times of sessions to be recovered the painful area. It's definitely pricy, but if you are going through severe pain for a long time, it should worth to try.
