Fairhaven Dermatology | Dr. Tom Langei, Dermatologist in Bellingham, WA

I had a procedure done at Fairhaven Dermatology two days ago and I wouldn't be exaggerating to say it was a positive experience. Dr Langei was 10/10 capable, but what really set him apart during this potentially anxiety-producing experience was his particular gift for putting a patient at ease. As a retired RN I've worked with hundreds of physicians over the years, but Dr Langei's friendliness and general interpersonal skill put him in the top 1%.

I've been a patient 2x as lesions were detected. My experience was very consistent. The front office is accurate, efficient and very pleasant. Kira was most helpful with the prep and post procedure instructions. Dr. Langei demonstrated skill in his care and was very clear answering quite a few questions and providing post procedure care instructions. The fact that he is genial and it's clear that he enjoys his work is a nice bonus. Highest recommendation.

What a wonderful office. From the relaxing atmosphere to the very kind staff. Having a MOHs procedure done by Dr. Langei was easier than having a cavity filled at the dentist. The follow-up instructions were very clear. Having the ability to call his cell number at any time was very reassuring. All in all a very pleasant visit considering.

Great staff, great interactions, treated with kindness with everyone, nice reception staff, great nurse and yes, it is true, he’s an incredible doctor. His manner is stellar. This guy needs to do a neurosurgeon residency or something, he’s brilliant and friendly. His nurse is very nice as well. It’s a medical office, but you have to act medically these days to make sure standard of care is followed. I have tons of imperfections, I do not feel that any staff member belittle me, on the contrary, from reception to discharge everyone was very very nice while being respectful, I have a hard time believing anyone there would willingly offend anyone. Medically speaking, this guys top of the class. Love his office ( super cool geodes) and his staff was very kind.

Dr. Langei was kind and engaged with me and my concerns about the Moh's surgery. He followed up after the surgery to check on me and provided numbers to reach him if I had concerns. Most importantly, he was REALLY good at his job. I was deeply impressed with his knowledge and skill. His medical assistant, Melissa, was generous and smart and clearly loved her job and helping patients. The front desk folks had enough knowledge of administration and medical processes to be informative and reassuring. I really appreciate this clinic.

Very impressed with Dr. Tom and his staff, everyone was prompt, on top of their game. reception area and staff were excellent. my facial procedure went very well, very little discomfort. 11 days since the removal of a problem, stitches are out and a very faint line where it was sutured back together and it keeps getting less each day. Thank you for a great outcome. Dr Tom and his whole staff really rock !!!!!!!

Check-in was pleasant and efficient. The Doctor Langei's skill and chair-side manner is excellent. Melissa was an able and helpful associate. My recovery from Moh's was surprisingly painless and I am not getting much sympathy because my scar is hardly visible.
