EZ Smile Family Dental Group - Napa

I went here in February before Vacation and told them I needed a extraction. I Felt like a product, I got a Bad feeling from them. Before was the filipina owner now bought out and they were like oh you need to get financing and really pushing that. I got my records and left and will never go back I can tell they just want the most money they can get!

I suggest you read the one-star and two-star reviews listed under their Santa Rosa office location, as dentist comes from there to work in Napa on limited day(s) each week. My teeth are in very good condition and yet the dentist recommended over $1600 of work. They have you come on two separate days: first to take photos, x-rays and panoramic film and then on a different day to do whatever work they suggest you need. Dentist wore two masks, but no face shield. Assistant that took panoramic and x-rays was only wearing a thin mask without a face shield and had the sniffles. Dentist sent office woman into patient room to have me sign a paper listing how much my next visit would cost and to give me a healthcare credit card brochure to explain how I could pay. They have you sign that they will charge you $40 if you want your records before you even go in. No other dentist that I have had in Napa has ever charged for x-rays. I then went elsewhere to a reputable dentist for a second opinion and all I needed was a cleaning. I am glad my instincts kicked in.

If the dentist tells you that you need a deep treatment plan at at cost of around $600 with follow up cleaning every 4 months, don't agree until you get a second opinion. I was suspicious so I went to another dentist for my checkup and cleaning. No surprise, but teeth are fine with next appointment in 6 months.

I have excellent teeth. Regular annuals. Dr B suggested treatment plans not covered by my HMO plan. Out of pocket charges $450 and more. When I asked, rather surprised, about the necessity of such treatment, he took offence. And went beyond. Recently, I had my 3rd annual. Came. Waited 30min. Got to the room for xrays. Then got the news: "Please leave... I don't trust you, I don't want you as my patient." Uhhh... not nice. If you are ready to pay, stay. If you can't, better you find a different dentist.

Mi experiencia con ellos de verdad fue muy buena,tenía varios años sin ir al dentista y tuvieron varios detallitos que arreglar 🙂 así como extraer muelas del juicio,tanto las recepcionistas como los tres dentistas que me atendieron han sido muy amables y muy profesionales en su trabajo,también llegué a tener una cita en san francisco y me atendieron muy bien al igual que en napa,estoy contenta de saber a donde recurrir y confiar para mis siguientes chequeos dentales.
