I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kay and the entire team. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Kay took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. I was traveling from far away, and the staff went above and beyond by adjusting their schedule to maximize my visit. They were extremely thoughtful and efficient, making sure as much treatment as possible was completed in the same day. The care and consideration they showed truly meant a lot. I highly recommend Dr. Kay and their team to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

From my initial walk through to my X-rays, cleaning, and exam everyone was very thorough and explained everything as we went along. Can't say enough about Dr Kay and his team. This rating comes from a dental coward! Starting with my consultation to my first cleaning, I was treated with kindness, respect and understanding of my fears. They comforted me and put me at ease. I have a lot of work ahead, but I know that Dr. Kay and his team will do everything they can to make my dental journey as comfortable as possible.

I came to Encinitas Ranch Dentistry by referral. Dr Kay and his staff are outstanding! Dr Kay is very professional and patient, he took the time to discuss my dental issue and concerns thoroughly before doing anything. He did some crowns and fillings for me, I am very pleased with his work. Vanessa also did some cleanings, she was gentle and a very sweet hygienist! All the staff are top notch from the front office to all the assistants in the back. All very friendly and professional. Overall, my experience at Encinitas Ranch Dentistry has been exceptional! Hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! Maria did an amazing job cleaning my teeth -she was both gentle and thorough. Dr. Kay also did a thorough exam and was very knowledgeable about all areas that affect your dental health. Nicole and Michelle were very accommodating at the front desk and the office was spotless. 5 ⭐️
