I had an absolute wonderful experience with everyone I interacted with today. From the front of house, who was extremely welcoming and kind.Then to the kind person that did my X-rays and photos,to the dentist that we could candidly talk about realistic expectations. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and no one shamed me for it. Very kind and understanding since I have some hesitation towards dentistry. No one made me feel bad. I’ve always had a great fear of going to the dentist. Everyone was extremely kind and supportive. I can’t express enough how comfortable everyone made me feel regarding my neglected dental health.

Having lived in Bend for 25 years, I’ve seen a variety of dentists over the years and I can honestly say that Dr. Taylor & his staff are the absolute best. He is highly skilled, very patient about explaining things, takes the time to get fillings and crowns 100% perfect in terms of fit & color and he can make crowns the same day rather than having to wait 4 - 6 weeks as in other offices. While other dentists seem to have a high turnover of staff, his staff members have been with him for years, a testament to the environment he and his wife have created. The front desk staff makes you feel welcome right when you walk in and the hygienists are wonderful - as a person with extreme anxiety with dental procedures, they & Dr. Taylor are extremely gentle & put you completely at ease. I so appreciate the level of care & kindness of the entire staff.

Erica is THE best hygienist I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a lot in my life! Everyone at East Bend is great; super pleasant, knowledgeable and professional; a fantastic combination.

Dr. Taylor Fowls is amazing. He is very detailed with his work and always drives for the best results. The staff is nice and friendly and very knowledgeable with insurance and treatment plans. I highly recommend this practice!

When it comes to your teeth and dental care why would you want anything short of the very best? I’ve now had both extractions and standard cleanings with Dr. Taylor and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Be sure you’ll walk away from his office each visit feeling like you got quality care but also your moneys worth. And if you’re not sure go in and check them out, that’s how I found them and I’ve got another appointment scheduled 🙂

Absolutely love this place. All the team members are absolutely amazing! Honestly, I’m looking forward visiting this place every time, either it’s routine care, or other procedures.
