I love Dr. J. He is very caring, explains things in detail sometimes with pictures. The staff is extremely kind and patient. I know I can be a handful. This place is the best Primary care I’ve ever had. Seriously

This is one of the BEST Clinics I have ever been too. Very professional, knowledgeable and cares for their patients. The front office people are literally amazing and can work through your timing. The Doctors are so good at doing their jobs. The office team are attentive to their patients as are the doctors. I recommend this Clinic to everyone from kids to seniors.

First time meeting the Doctor was when I got a same day appointment for my elderly mother. He made us feel comfortable with his friendliness and knowledge. I like how he gave us very detailed and specific info on the condition and how it will be treated. I also like how he followed up with us a couple of days later.

Doctor Jacob’s clinic is one of the most amazing clinics , Dr Jacob is probably one of the most genuine doctors I have ever met! Even his staff is amazing The doctor is very excellent and well-timed and highly morales. He has extensive experience in the field , as well as all the staff in the clinic.... Billed my insurance fraudulently (would bill my insurance even if I missed the appointment), misdiagnosed me, prescribed me wegovy even though I had a thyroid problem without informing me or screening me, screamed at me multiple times over a Telehealth meeting and hung up in my face even though I didn’t get a chance to explain my symptoms and ask for a doctors note, *Btw* he does not accommodate or care to understand when you need a doctors note for work or school, he will not give you one. Tried to sell me cosmetic bundles for weight loss at thousands of dollars every time I go there. Talks and gossips about patients with the receptionists and medical assistants, will not allow you to have more than 5 minutes of his time during the session but you have to wait for 30+ minutes even with an appointment just to be seen. Will not be coordinating or communicating with doctors who are affiliated with this fraud.
