From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the amazing front desk team—especially Rose, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Angela, the hygienist, was fantastic! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and informative throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel empowered and positive about my oral hygiene. It's rare to leave a cleaning feeling not only refreshed but motivated to take even better care of your teeth! And of course, Dr. Jin—what an exceptional dentist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen and explain. Her approach is not only highly professional but also comforting. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their long-term health. This was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating an environment that is both highly skilled and genuinely friendly. Check your bill carefully! My insurance was billed for two services I did not receive. I called and followed with Dr. Jin's office. Now, five months later they tried to bill me again. When I called, I was told they are "still working with my insurance". No apology. No admission of a mistake. Something is not right about this offices billing practices!

They are so great! Very gentle, both with the dental practices and the way they communicate any issues. They’ll never make you feel badly about forgetting to floss, but give friendly reminders and tips!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jins office and the entire staff! I have been a loyal patient here for over ten years. The entire staff from the front office and back office are amazing! I’ve relocated out of the area and still drive two hours for my visits! Shes the only dentist i trust!
