Dillard's

Despite my three star review, I do like Dillards and they have better products than Macy's. Their store is clean and has a good selection of men's clothing though their suit selection on site has declined. My gripe are their return policies. I bought a jacket on sale that went on further sale within 30 days of my purchase so I went to get a price adjustment and they told me they couldn't do it so I told them I can return and buy the item again or return it completely and they can lose the complete sale. They accommodated me, but acted like they were doing me a favor. Don't be so stingy and act like it's the end of the world to save a customer a buck.

Dillards has one of the nicest restrooms I've ever had the pleasure of using quiet well kept with excellent amenities for baby changing and a disabled stall with soap and water. Especially use the second story restroom. I don't usually shop here but high-quality care for their customers

This was actually my first time in Dillard's and I was very impressed a beautiful selection of everything. I went to Macy's looking for a dress for a funeral in plus size and they tell me they got rid of plus size department such a waste maybe its just the AV Mall location not sure but that's what sent me to Dillard's. I didn't find a dress only because of the color selection we had but they had really beautiful things to choose from. I was today years old. Wow.

Joanna from kid's department has halped me whole day to pick the best shoes for my nieces. Best sales service ever!

Had a very good experience with the associates that worked at the shoe section. He was very helpful attentive with us and the other customers.
