I’ve had three visits now with Paula, a very experienced PA, and I am very pleased! This means a ton because it can be challenging to find someone you trust with your face! She is very selective in the procedures she recommends and always takes a cost-effective approach. This makes patients feel highly respected. Her treatments have made a difference! She has always been very patient with me and knowledgeable when answering my many nuanced questions. The staff that was present assisting her have been kind and very professional as well. Betty made me feel very comfortable … as did a young man whose name escapes me at the moment. As far as the office in general, whenever I had had any issues or billing concerns, they were addressed and resolved. Their phone system could be better, but it is not so bad where I would deduct a star. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

She actually listens and takes the time to explain every option in a way that feels personalized, not rushed. What sets her apart is her combination of expertise and genuine compassion. She remembers details about my health and life, checks in on how I’m feeling, and makes sure I understand the plan moving forward. The office itself is beautiful and calming, and the staff is friendly and respectful. If you want a doctor who truly advocates for you, takes her time, and treats you like a whole person, Dr. Cervantes is unmatched. Also the best Botox I’ve ever had!

Dr. Cervantes is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and really listens. I’ve done both medical and cosmetic visits with her, and every time I feel confident I’m getting the best care. She found a small skin cancer on my chest while doing my treatment. Miami definitely needed a dermatologist like her!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Goldman and her staff. This is the best dermatology practice in the area hands down. The staff were so sweet to me and to every patient I saw check in. The practice itself is brand new and everything is very clean and modern. Dr. Goldman and her medical assistant treated me with such kindness. I am incredibly grateful to have this Derm in my backyard. Highly recommend!

Dr. Heather Woolery-Lloyd is the best dermatologist!!! During my visit with her, it was very clear she enjoys her craft. She was pleasant, thorough, took the time to explain things, and gave all the treatment options for my condition and included things to avoid to prevent a flare. I am grateful for and happy with the care I received and will have the rest of my family see her as well. I wholeheartedly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!!!

Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She has a an exceptional eye for detail. She’s amazing with the injectables, always making me look refreshed and natural.
