Dental Associates of Northern Virginia in Alexandria

As always, it was a wonderful visit! The hospital staff are always so happy, professional, and courteous. I’m seriously considering working there. I’ve never been there and not seen the front desk, who are always polite and smiling when they greet you. This visit was the first time I saw my dentist without his face mask. I’ve been going there for years, and it felt like I was talking to someone I didn’t know. Haha, great people, great customer service!

Referred here by some friends and their families. Dr. Lobo was exceptional. Brenda and the front office staff are kind and helpful. My hygienist Kim was great! Everyone was so professional. So glad I’ve found a great dental practice to go to!

First visit was great. Serap gave me a thorough cleaning and Dr. Legum answered all my questions. It's not a swanky office space if you're someone that needs high end atmosphere. I found it to be just fine and the office staff was lovely.

This dentist refused me service. I have been having my teeth cleaned here for 10 years. I've never had a cavity or needed any other dental work. So, they refused to keep seeing me because my teeth are too healthy and they can't make as much money off me as they can someone with bad teeth. It is illegal to refuse service, and they have been referred to the Better Business Bureau and other authorities.

Emergent appointment was quickly scheduled. The staff was pleasant and my appoint was on time (maybe a bit early). Dr Legum professionally resolved my issue explaining the process as he went. Overall very satisfied with this office.

Prompt punctual service. The doctors here are friendly and professional. They know your time is important so they don't waste it, and you will get the best service without up selling or pushes for unneeded procedures. Free parking is a bonus.

Had check up & cleaning at Dr. Marty Legum's office. All staff, from front desk to dental hygenist/technician were welcoming, professional, and amiable. Great explanation of various payment options and discount plans available and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Prompt service, comfortable front room, and well marked free parking. Highly recommend this dental practice.
