WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! between the terrible customer service & they hardly cover anything, with a $800 max. In today’s cost range for teeth that’s not covering much of anything. MetLife $10,000 max. Should’ve done my research before buying this insurance.

Outstanding Company. I'm sorry to read the poor reviews, its unfortunate when you receive poor customer service. It helps if you understand your benefits when you call any insurance agency. I highly recommend calling and explaining that you need help understanding if that is truly the case. This company truly strives for excellence and if you're not happy with the service or answer you received perhaps ask for a supervisor.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my entire life. I work for a provider and am required by the company to obtain particular information from insurance breakdowns. We have EMERGENCY patients and need insurance breakdowns verbally. Two names and pathetic excuses of customer service "representatives" are Tamera and Ashley. Tamera couldn't get me on the phone fast enough. I needed two questions that would have taken less than a minute to look up and answer. She lied and told me she couldn't give me the information. I had the "daisy" program OR fax only. Why does she even work here if she cannot even do her own job? She was so rude. Each time I get her when I call I will ALWAYS hang up and call again. I do NOT recommend this employee remaining at your facility.

When I called customer service the lady I spoke with was above and beyond helpful!! I could not make sense of my bill from the dentist and the EOB and she actually did all the math for me. She was very understanding and helpful!!

This is the worst dental coverage I have! No one cannot tell me how my information links up to someone else in the system and I’ve been on the phone for hours! I would not wish this this

Terrible customer service reps. On four occasions their obvious goal was to get me off the phone without providing any explanations or advice. "It's not covered, deal with it" was the message from each one of their reps. Typical insurance company, take payments for years and then when the bill comes due decide not to pay.

Absolutely the worst dental organization. Typical corporate entity that takes your money, and then when you need customer service you wait 45 minutes to talk to someone on the phone. Everything is designed to be done through a computer, and then when you have trouble with that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get help from a person.
