Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

I came in today Dec. 4 at around 5:30 ish and the worker didn’t even greet us. I couldn’t tell if they were a girl or boy but nonetheless they were not welcoming. When we left I made eye contact and they crossed their arm, scoffed at us and turned around ….. anyways, horrible experience. Management needs to do better and address these issues to their workers !!!

Always a fun experience looking at all the Japanese influenced items. Most things are $1.50 unless marked otherwise. Clean store.

Great place for smaller inexpensive items. That being said, since when did everything go up? Now all items are $1.75 on up. Geeze, I remember when they started off at $1.25. This is a great place to get storage containers. I am super organized so the variety of containers they offer are great. You have to buy them when you are there because they may not have the same items next week. This place keeps me organized. They sell nick nacks from school supplies, hair accessories, seasonal items, gardening tools, plates, kitchen accessories, and more.

Japanese discount store located in a small plaza on E Katella Ave, next to T.J. Maxx. Daiso is a Japanese company but keep in mind that many of their products are not made in Japan. Prices are generally $1.75 and up, and all sales are final/no returns. They carry a little bit of everything from household goods, pet supplies, stationery, beauty, snacks, holiday items, and more. Their inventory does not change much, but they are usually well-stocked and a fun place to shop, especially if you're looking for budget-friendly stuff!

I absolutely love coming here! I love their kitchenware section. They have pretty little bowls and plates that I use for my 2 children. Very durable! Lots of great items to use around the house. They also have beautiful little gift boxes. It adds that extra touch to make your gifts all the more special. There is so much you'll want. Plan to spend a good $15 more than you intended. I know I do!

Very friendly staff and the store is kept VERY clean! A little too much signage for my taste, but it can be helpful. LOTS of bargains for only $1.75 each and lots of cute Japanese animated character stickers and desk accessories. 😁
