They usually have a decent selection of products, and I can find most of the basic items I need without too much trouble. Customer service is hit or miss—sometimes staff are helpful and other times they seem rushed or not very knowledgeable. They are ALWAYS welcoming and friendly though. The store is generally clean and organized, but certain products are frequently out of stock. It’s a convenient place when you need supplies quickly, but there’s definitely room for improvement with consistency and inventory.

I'm here now on Friday May 24th to return a product. They are not open! The sign only says they will be closed on Memorial day Monday the 27th. I drove 45 min to return this!

I’m so sick of cosmo prof. They never have anything I need in stock so I’m stuck ordering online just to have the order show up days later then stated when ordered. Guess I have to start driving across town to salon centric bc I’m over it.

Logan is the most personable sales person I’ve been around in a long time! While I was shopping I heard her greet every new customer with kindness and a personal connection. People coming in with a scowl on their face we’re quickly smiling because Logan was saying something authentically kind. The world needs more people like this woman. She made the trip into the store well worth it even if not everything was in stock.

Donte is the best manager to have ever walked in that building. I used to dread coming in when the short heavier set girl was in charge, and I even switched to salon centric for a few months but this boy has single-handedly changed my mind about Cosmo. I love coming in now and feel like I’ve made a true friend. His knowledge is impeccable, his customer service is astonishing, and the store has never looked better.

I have enjoyed my trips to this particular store for the excellent attention and customer service. Logan is always happy and helpful, even remembering me with months in-between our interactions. Lisa also happily greets customers with a genuine 'Welcome in', making everyone feel like they are in the right place. I also remember Sadie who answered many questions for me and seemed to know her stuff. Thank you to the crew at this CosmoProf for their positivity and ready-to-assist attitude!

This store needs a re vamp! The store hardly ever opens on time and is out of what we need alot. We have to go to Hendersonville cosmo proff
