Open until 6. On Wednesday. It is 4:13pm. On Wednesday. Been sitting here for 10 minutes to see if maybe it's just a bathroom vreak type situation? No note on the door. Nothing. Lights are on. Door is locked. So good. Because I literally just drove across town for no reason other than to waste my time and gas apparently.

The girls here are very helpful, I didn’t have a receipt for a pair of clippers and they let me exchange mine! And they didn’t have something in stock that I was looking for but another location did and one of the girls offered to go out there to get it for me!

I like Cosmo Prof, because, the store is well stocked, even in this difficult time. The help are efficient, and ready to help if you can’t find a product or perhaps wanting to know, more info on a new product! Keep up the friendly ness and SMILES!

Very upset with the cosmo prof on Monroe street. They had an item wrongly priced and still charged me a higher amount even though they had made a company mistake. Barbra I think her name was should have given me the product for the amount that it was advertised for. That was just wrong.
