The staff here is incredibly helpful and kind. They always take the time to guide me when I am not sure which products to buy, and even when I was a student, they never hesitated to help and were genuinely welcoming! Definitely way more helpful than some other beauty supply stores!😀

This store has never looked better. It is clean and is stocked as best as much as they can control. Kristina is really trying to make a change. I'll always go there than the other supply stores in town because they are friendly and say hello. Customer service exsists here. Now if corporate would update this location. Oh and new nail wall is so pretty.

The staff at the Cosmo Prof store in Billings, MT. (store#8612) are the best. They are all so friendly and very helpful! Mandee waited on me today and she was very knowledgeable, she helped me pick out just what I needed, and made sure to point out the different products that were on sale. Hands down the best professional beauty supply store in Billings!

They are always out of most of the items I go to get. I had better luck ordering online myself... I received multiple packages at different days/times but I eventually received all of my order.ì
