CM Chicken of Louisville - Bardstown (Fern Creek)

This was our first try at CM Chicken and it was awesome. The garlic soy spring onion wings are nicely spicy and the spring onion adds to the satisfying crunch of the chicken. The wings are big and the coating was so crispy! The fries were seasoned well and the coleslaw was a good palate cleanser. The rice was nicely sticky and the garlic mild sauce was pretty good. Not as flavorful as the garlic soy sauce but a little less spicy. They also serve cherry coke, which is a plus for me! It also appears that you can order online and pick it up at the drive thru window, which is quite convenient. Can’t wait to come back and try more items in the near future!

The food here is amazing, their specialty cookies n cream boba drink was the best I’d ever had, and they didn’t skimp on the tapioca balls either. I tried their spicy red pepper chicken tenders and they were also sooo tender and juicy on the inside with a nice crispy texture outside. It also had a nice kick to them that slowly got spicier, which I’m a huge fan of. My boyfriend got the curry ramen with spicy pork and it was really creamy and almost a little sweet, it paired well with the heat from the spicy pork. Also, my absolute favorite part was their cheesy ttekbokki. I’d always wanted to try some, and it was beyond what I expected. The rice cakes were perfectly chewy and soft and almost just melted on your tongue. A solid experience all around, I’d recommend this place to anyone with a love for good food.

Very friendly service. Knows their products well. I got my order to go, but the smell got me to sit down and try a few bites. Wow, so juicy and full of goodness. I may need to go back for more.

Ordered several items for lunch and all of them tasted exceptional aside from my buldak noodles being a lot saltier than what I’ve expected. I had the gochujang buldak, tteokbokki, and the mashed potato balls while my sister had a seoul bowl with vegetables she had picked out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the portion sizes were very generous. Overall the restaurant was clean, cool and spacious and we hope whenever we are in the area that we’ll be able to visit again.

The wasabi lemon chicken tenders are worth the stop. The combination of both flavors is a refreshing twist without the wasabi burn. Everything was cooked fresh to order. This is now my favorite location.

CM Chicken is AMAZING. The food is seriously so good every single time. Shun is so beautiful and incredibly kind, and Tyson is my GOAT 🐐 both of them make the experience even better. The boba is literally to die for, and the carbonara ramen with garlic mild chicken is hands down the best thing on the menu. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I 100% recommend coming here, everyone is so nice and lovely, and the vibes are always perfect. You have to try this place!

1st time. Ordered to go on website...3 piece original 3 piece chicken chicken leg meal, fries, rice, sprite, mango Bobo drink, and an original chicken taco original. Food was ready 10 minutes faster than quoted 😀. Nice seating outside if wanted. Inside was very clean and organized. They used automated equipment for shaking and capping, which was cool to see as an engineer. Staff was pleasant and attentive. 14 year old son said it was 10 times better chicken than the place with a K an F and a C in its name 😆. He ate it all and was even courageous enough to eat a taco with their slaw. He loved it all. He wants to go again. Great job CM 🐔.
