Clovis Gentle Dental Care

Do not recommend. My husband had a painful tooth and the first visit wasn't terribly bad or good. But he had to reschedule and there was no answer, they are only open Thursday and Friday, and he called at the times they say they are open but nothing. So he finally was able to reach them and rescheduled. his antibiotics and ibuprofen ran out. Well it got worse and his infection came back stronger. He went in and the doctor told him they couldn't do anything there and he would have to refer him out. But that basically we have to figure it all out and they did not offer any type of paperwork so we could do that. Then the real maddening thing was he told him he cant just keep giving him drugs he will get addicted. I dont even think this doctor knew what he prescribed him a simple look at the chart would have told him an antibiotic and ibuprofen not a freakin opiod. My husband was so upset. They are hard to get a hold of. Dr obviously doesn't care or pay attention so we definitely will never come back or recommend. Now to try and find a decent dentist yet again.

Been here a handful of times. They've never done anything other than x-rays or polishing. We've come for tooth pain, but they never do anything in their office, they always refer us out to other doctors for procedures. And then didn't even have referral forms, so I had to call the insurance to find a dentist for it, then ask them to send one of their own forms to be filled out and sent back. The vibe is always weird in there. And there have been times i have called after opening and they either don't answer or "aren't open yet". Do not recommend them at all.

I have been coming here for years plus years! Love the staff! … Great comfortable place. ( I am a person that does not like going to the dentist, this place has always made anxieties get better)

Wow! Great service?? On September 7th 2020, I made appointments for my daughter, wife, and I for November 10 and 17. On November 9, It was communicated that they were no longer taking new patients. Bravo for the great communication skills and customer service by waiting for the last minute. I decided to give you two stars because of the courtesy to give me a call before I arrived. It seems if you get in the dentist, he gets great reviews, not so sure the office staff is doing as great a job. -Thanks-

I'm 59 years old. Out of all the dentist office I visited in my life Gentle Dental is the best. Everyone is friendly and you're in and out of there pretty quick.

I asked if me or my fiance could go in the room with her since she has sensory issues. Plus she was only four at the time. They said yes but first they have to do the X-rays. Guess what?! They never took me to the back and they did her cleaning without me. She came crying to me asking me why I wasn't back there. I was furious. Why lie to me?!
