The cashier Jake really contributed to my pleasant experience. I was unsure whether or not to get plain rice or try the rice king with my spicy popcorn shrimp, and he really sold me on the rice king. Excellent food, and excellent service. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Food- To be honest I wasn't expecting much coming here because its just chicken. But these wings are so good. The fried chicken skin, the sauce, the meat, everything was perfect. I downed those wings in seconds. I also got a side of rice and it was good as well. I think for $2 you get a really good amount of rice. Service- The service was great and fast.

The cashier (Bridgette) was very friendly and helpful. I have an allergy to pepper and she was able to help me find menu items that were not marinated overnight in what is likely a delicious marinade that I am unable to try. The popcorn Chicken was very flavorful, the spring rolls were delicious, and I really enjoyed the Orchard Pacific Berry beer they had on tap. The popcorn Chicken came with some pickled radish that was really good as well. They have a wide selection of Ramen that I plan to bring my son to try out. He will have to tell me how good the over night marinated chicken is as well. Everything I tried was very good and the meal was affordable. I will definitely return and will bring my family next time.

This is my first time eating here. I just ordered the Rice King with Garlic Soy Chicken. Just a heads up - there was no actual chicken in the bowl - just fry batter. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for a restaurant, but this is the worst "chicken" I've had in Portland. Do yourselves a favor and get fried birds literally anywhere else.

The food was amazing! Super crispy, juicy chicken with a soy garlic sauce that avoids being too sweet! For a side I got the king rice, which had seaweed and sesame oil, and highly recommend getting that if you want rice with your meal over fries. Service was helpful and pleasant and I loved sitting and watching Sailor moon while I ate! I was super hungry and forgot to take a picture of my meal, but here’s a pic of my takeout container because the portions were super generous and I had to take some home!

On top of the food being amazing, if you eat-in, they serve you, and the food is plated in a really nice way! The employees we interacted with were so nice!!! (Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the food/presentation, we were too busy shoving the delicious food in our faces) but the food was amazing, chicken was crispy and the soy garlic flavor was very pleasant, fries were thick and crispy, and the sauces were a good match. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious Korean Fried Chicken. They make my favorite flavor sweetish garlicy deliciousness. Like the crisp. I always prefer this place when trying other Korean fried chickens.
