From the moment I got there. I was attended too quickly. The staff was friendly, very helpful. Very patient with me didn't just stop with 1 or 2 tests. They ran multiple tests. Bandara had pneumonia. Got me on meds feeling a lot better. Now. They also took it further and helped me with my blood pressure. And my diabetes, I just want to say, thank you to the staff

Exceptional Care for My ACL Surgery I recently had surgery to repair my ACL at this facility, and the experience was truly wonderful. The entire team provided such warm and attentive care that I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. Every person I encountered was professional and genuinely kind, making a difficult day much brighter. There was a slight delay in my scheduled start time because of temperature issues in the operating room, but the staff did their absolute best to expedite everything and get me settled as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend their surgical team to anyone needing similar care

Everything and everyone was attentive and professional except for one person. As I was being wheeled to the procedure room a noticed one medical personnel coming from the dressing room. I smiled, she did not. When I was settled in the room I recognized the doctor and the student he introduced to me earlier. The anesthesia nurse immediately greeted me and introduced herself. Next I saw the woman from the hallway. She had a pad in her hands and told me to turn on my left side. She did not introduce herself, she did not greet me and she did not smile. I don’t even know if her hand were clean. Other than that interaction, everything else was fine.

Had a great experience considering what I was there for. All my nurses were great especially Nikki in recovery and Trent afterwards they were both very caring and helpful. If I ever eeed another procedure done that’s where it will be thanks again to all who had a hand in my visit!! Special thanks to dr mortensen who did a great job

Great attention to my recovery. The nurses were awesome and very professional. I arrived in great pain due to my knee injury and they addressed it and enabled me to be comfortable. Five day's' later I was walking and headed home. Mercy is Aces in my book. Thanks and gratitude go out to all Staff in this great hospital that I was born in 56 years ago.

I had the worst experience here ever, unfortunately. I had an appointment here a few months ago, and most of the staff were extremely unfriendly:( Luckily there was one singular nurse who was very nice and helpful. The receptionist were rude, and had acted as if I were a burden just showing up, which made me feel uncomfortable, but I had brushed it off. Later on during my appointment, I had gotten my blood drawn by a very disrespectful lady. She was super aggressive and had no respect for me but I was just like, "okay whatever" mindset. About a day or two later, I got a call back. They told me that the lady who drew my blood somehow "lost" my blood. I don’t know what could’ve happened with my blood, which I feel uncomfortable and suspicious about. It is already tough enough trying to find a "good" or "decent" doctor in the state of Iowa. Especially since this hospital got a "B" ranking, I did expect the bare minimum, but got less than that. This hospital needs to work on their human interaction with others, because some of y’all act like you have never communicated with people😭

Staff are very nice. I was in and out very quickly. The tech could have been a little more friendly. If I would have been anxious about getting this test she would not have helped reduce my anxiety. Too business like.
